BIG difference....one is armed, one is unarmed. The victim is a woman. The perpetrator is a man. It's unfair and misogynistic.

It's not about violence for sport. it's about something much deeper.

I don't like any of it. In fact, it looks pretty sick. Hair drag?

But just to bring my postings full circle, on the "money slave" thread, there's strategies on how to make a weak-minded guy cough up enough to bend him but not breaking so he keeps coming back and enjoying it.

Willing victims, willing predators. It's a money-driven society.

If the gender roles were reversed, would you refer to the man as a "victim" and the woman as a "perpetrator"? If not, it seems like you're treating women as weaker then men by not giving them the same right to choose and by subjugating them to the role of victim. I only ask because I know of lawsuits where women have sued a school to be allowed to play on the men's sports teams, in one case football. She won and ended up getting hurt the first game. My thinking was "oh well, her choice to play..." but it sounds like I was wrong, and you think women shouldn't be allowed to play in these circumstances. So is letting women play on men's sports teams unfair and misogynistic, or is it NOT letting them play that's unfair and misogynistic?

I don't know how you reached that conclusion based on what I said. I've never had a problem with the choice women have. In fact, I made a point to say I am in favor of that.

There has LONG been a tradition of hurting/mutilating women for men's sexual pleasure (chinese footbinding, African genital mutilation) and it was seen as consentual....mothers would actually force their daughters to get it done because of the value placed on it. It wasn't because the mothers enjoyed watching their daughters get tortured, it was because men had been victimizing women to the point where it was acceptable to treat them as property and lesser creatures. I want to believe we're moving away from this. While Hunting for Bambi is consentual for the women, it makes me sick to my stomach to think of why men would actually want to do this.....goes back to an old tradition of men victimizing women. Hopefully we as a species have evolved enough to accept women as more than a mobile piece of meat for men....ready to be hunted down. YUCK!

It's kind of moot to rhetorically change the rules of the game to men are the victims because that doesn't play on archaic gender roles that empower men by subjectifying women.

Hey ,have any of you seen the TV show American Gladiator? In it contestants went against the Pro athlete gladiators to win the grand prize. Games included jousting with pugil sticks, football style defenses, and dodging tennis balls shot from a pneumatic launcher. The possibility of injury is far greater than could be sustained in a paintball game. The genders were not intermixed-men with women but the crowds enjoyed it just the same. Even thought the gladiators were usually professionals it was open to anyone who chose to go against them. When you entered the game you were betting you could out do them. They weren't forced to go in.

Very true Em. But just taking into account that this is a stripper forum, I think a lot of people would use terms like "victimizing", "piece of meat", "humiliation" and "subjectifying" to describe the entirely consensual act of a woman entertaining men and making money by taking her clothes off. I think HFB is rather disgusting in my own right, but I think that the $64,000 question here is how can one draw a line between stripping and what these HFB girls are doing without sounding hypocritical.

I've watched AG many times, and have seen instances where a competitor had to drop out because of an injury sustained. There is always risk of injury in any athletic competition.

But another thing that I remember about AG was that there was safety equipment (padding, helmets, goggles, CLOTHES) in place for all those events. Comparing a tennis ball flying at 100mph (and if I remember the targeted competitors wore goggles and had weapons which they could shoot back at the gladiator) to hitting unarmed targets with no protection with a 200mph paintball is like comparing apples and oranges.

Maybe they could use special squirt guns instead, filled with colored gel (if that would even be possible). Instead of sex with the defeated Bambi; how about a 5 star gourmet meal with a beautiful naked lady along with a bottle of champagne? Maybe he could take home an autographed t-shirt with a body imprint of his defeated Bambi as well.
I think that there are some options that could really work well, which would allow the men to have a great time and the women who are comfortable with being nude, a great way to earn a good chunk of money in a short period of time.
I was definately bothered by the image that I saw on TV of some old perv groping the poor defeated Bambi's breasts. That was really gross and she had a terrible wound from the paintball. Hunting Bambi as it is right now really should be illegal; but, with some serious tweaking, I think that it could be very beneficial to all parties involved.

It is a stripper forum and I'm a stripper.

Stripping is empowering. While some may call it degrading, nudity is normal! Our job has been described as exploitive, etc., and I agree somewhat, however, I find most jobs are such in some respect. What I have a problem with is the basic premise of these two things.

Stripping is based on sex. Whether we are having sex or not, it IS about sex. Lap dances are simulated sex acts. Sex is normal.

Hunting for Bambi is about victimizing women....
Yes, it's consentual. Yes, it's safe, but it's also misogynistic. It makes me sick to my stomach to think about why men would do this. It's not about the women's decision. It's about the MEN'S!

Well i look at it this way, liken to the extra girls in some clubs.....If you did not have the women to do it, there would be no extras.
Hunting Bambi is the womans decision. If no women wanted to play, there would be no game.

Men have been chasing women forever. This is nothing different. It's a game, payout lots of money. The women know what they are getting into.

But if it where the other way around, and we women hunted naked men then we would be like yea this is soooo cool, turn about is fair play!

I like it, would not want to get hit in the face. But then again i play paintball, I have been hit. Maybe thats why i like the idea. I have been hit on an arm once with no sleeve covering it, i survived.

Degrading....only if you let it be. It's just a game. No women, no game. Can't really blame the guys for wanting to do it (some) They naturally hunt woman anyway. This may be a turnon for many!!!!

And if someone gets hit and hurt bad, it will be banned, i'm sure.
    Just my take on this,

Setting aside all the moral issues for now, I want to address the safety issue. In the video I saw, none of the women were wearing any eye or head protection. Am I wrong about this lack of eye protection? If not, this game is absurd. It is only a matter of time before one of these women suffers a serious eye injury.

Can you put a price on eyesight? Is it worth $1000 or $2000 a gig to chance losing an eye? If you ask me, any woman would be utterly nuts to do this without eye protection.

As always, just my humble opinion.

    again, right on Em.

it is NOT hypocritical to be a stripper and be against the idea of HFB. stripping in empowering, many men see it differently, but thats because they dont like the idea of them losing control over their money becasue of a beautiful naked woman.

stripping is not an act or simulation of violence. not only that, but whats up with the "sex with a defeated bambi?" that is SO wrong...and its definitely degrading, FAAAAR FAR more degrading that dancing is. because in the dancers mind, she knows she is winning out. maybe men look at her as a piece of meat, but they arent GETTING a piece of meat, and they are still forking over cash. this HFB is totally different.

Breaking news. This is all a hoax to sell video tapes. No "real" hunts took place. The hunts were staged and then video taped. It was presented as real to garner publicity for tape sales. See:

I was thinking myself, even if the hunts were real, I bet the photos they were showing on that site were just sensational propaganda. And I really can't imagine that sex would be required.

Well I'll confess that I took the bait, but with the way the world is today, something this moronic would actually sound plausible. I guess thats what makes a good urban legend.

I'll bet some of the major news organizations who were reporting this story as factual really have egg on their faces now. I'd like to see ol' Bill O' Reilly bark his way out of this one.

Simply put i would play the game as 'paintball' only.
Anyone who knows me well enough from this board, knows i would not have sex with guys.

The whole concept of being nude, and playing the game, and maybe winning the "jackpot" is GREAT!!

Forget the rest that comes along with the game.
No man touches me, nor me him...i understand that is not how this game seems to be played....However naked paintball sounds fun....I have played with clothes on, no goggles, it did not hurt me to get hit much at all.
We all played carefully however. Now these people i have no clue what all gives, only what is told, and seen.

The game to me is fun!!!!! Hell yea i would do it...Play naked paintball....Period.
PS yea now someone will come up with the game for real!!!! No sex required!! Lol.

i'm still not seeing anywhere that this is definitely a joke to sell videos. all i've read so far is that it MAY be a hoax and there's still an investigation going on about it.

personally, i don't care if it's a hoax or not. with all the publicity and interest it's gotten, some asshole somewhere will make it happen. that's exactly how enormously expensive "hunts" for dangerous animals like tigers and leopards got started. the animal "hunts" take place secretly on private property, the animals are drugged and caged, and sick bastards with a ton of money to blow "hunt" them by shooting them when the cage door is opened and the animal barely staggers out. those "hunts" are clearly illegal, cost far more then $10,000, yet they happen all the time. and all because some wacknut came up with a hoax about it to sell hunting or safari equipment or some such crap. there's no doubt in my mind that some freak somewhere is going to start doing real hunts for women. there doesn't seem to be anything illegal about it, and it's obvious there's men who will spend the money for it and women willing to be the prey.

some "good 'ole boys" down south will probably come up with a similar game with a twist like "Hunting for Darkies" where they get to take out their hate for black people in much the same way... waiving their confederate flags and howling rebel yells pretending they're back in the "good 'ol days". no doubt some dork will come up with "Hunting for Arabs" or "Hunting for Bosses"... whoever is hated. some wacky radical feminist is probably already organizing "Hunting for Men".

what bothers me most about all this publicity is that apparently that dude's video sales have sky-rocketed... obviously there's a big interest. and where there's a big interest, there's a lot of mental cases that won't see why they need to shell out the bucks to take pot shots at women and they'll think it's a fine idea to plink at whoever they please right on the street... and since they're mental, it won't be a stretch for them to think it's an even finer idea to use a real gun... and wouldn't it would be really great fun to snatch their woman of choice, drive her out to a remote area and play the game for real (might not even get caught that way, and it's a closer approximation to the game).

this game, hoax or not, isn't about fun or titillation, it's about hate - the videos and web site specifically target men who hate women. just to come up with the concept, this guy would have to really hate women, and he's making an enormous profit off of men who are like-minded even if all he's selling is videos... he'd probably even be pleased that some warped guy somewhere that's pissed off at his girlfriend drives her out to the middle of nowhere, strips off her clothes and makes her run for her life for real - he's probably even counting on it while he's counting his profits.

I believe you will have your "many walks of life" people involved in this game if it goes. And someone will make it happen. Consenting adults will sign release forms as should the men.

Women haters are in every walk off life, and game. You can't stop them. This game is targeting it seems mainly for men that hunt deer. So sure this will be a turn on for them. Women, naked...But they know they can't put her on the wall, or have sex. Lol.

It's only paintball nude. So it will sting more. I heard what the one man said, yes it has drawn blood. I have been hit many times....Never drew blood...And on an arm...flesh.

Our paintballs did not go friggin 200mph, wtf. Not sure what that speed is all about, The guns we used would only shoot so far, and NOT near that fast.

Two consenting adults...Let the guys run their mouths. Thats all it is, they can't have the woman.

    It' a nude paintball game.

We have games all over where people pair up and it's women against the men. Men love the thrill of a chase, i don't think anyone of them wants to maim a woman.
Let adults have their fun. I can think of alot worse activities men are doing to women....daily, and with no consent.

look at the website and tell me that they target guys interested in deer hunting...

    www.huntingforbambi.com

they very clearly target men who hate women. yesterday, this is how the "Book a Hunt" page on the website read:

    From: http://www.huntingforbambi.com/category/6/
    "Book A Hunt"

If you would like to fly out to wonderful fun filled Las Vegas, Nevada for the hunt of a lifetime now is your chance. You can actually hunt one of our Bambi sluts and shoot her with paintballs while we film the whole thing and tape it for your own home video. We will send you a complete list of wall hangers to choose from once your reservation is confirmed for your hunt. With over 30 women ready to be chased down and shot like dogs we guarantee a wide variety of Bambi's to choose from. Whether it is a fat ass cow or a perfect 10 we have an abundance of these beauties. So if you are the ultimate sportsman and are seeking the ultimate adrenaline rush then come out to our ranch and shoot one of these nagging whiny bitches where it hurts and shut her the fuck up. Then mount her like a 'Real Man.'

    Private hunt includes:
. Round Trip Airfare for hunter
. Lodging for hunter (3 Days 4 Nights)
    . Meals for hunter
    . The Hunt
    . Video of the Hunt
. Mount (not for virgins, you figure it out)

    Price: $10,000.00 U.S.

since yesterday, i've noticed they've toned it down somewhat, probably as a result of all the public outrage. however, they still say that you hunt the woman down "like a dog" and they still refer to the women as "Bimbos". they also don't mention anymore that you can fuck your "trophy" after the hunt... obviously, they're now scrambling to cover their asses. pardon me, but that and everything else on the site clearly shows they target women haters... if they were targeting deer hunters, they'd be selling videos of DEER hunting.

Catfish, I'd think there'd be some regulation requiring eye protection otherwise they would have legal grounds to shut down the operation. Otherwise , there is nothing saying a bunch of nudists can't play a game of paintball.
Crazy, force =mass X aceleration. So in AG if you've got some former linebacker 250-280 lbs. charging you that is far more dangerous than a 3 oz. paintball even acelerated at 200 mph. I know ,I been hit with a elbow by a charging guy and also by paintballs. I'd absolutely prefer being hit by paintballs then knocked out with an elbow.
Another thing is that the bambis are compensated. If a contestant in AG loses they pack home with nothing but their injuries. Win or lose ,the bambis get paid.
Emily , the bambis are not victims. They are simply people who think they can beat the odds despite the enormous handicapp. They reason they don't have one with male rudolfs is probably economic. I don't think you could get enough rich angry misanthropic feminists to make the venture pay off. The guys would probably be anxious to be prey.
It's different than a sexual preditor (by the way ,I've heard nothing about the client having sex with the bambis). A sexual preditor does not offer monetary compensation to their victim. A sexual preditor does not , if possible, identify themselves to the victim. The victim does not know they are being stalked or by who. Lastly, the victim (as opposed to the bambis) do not say to their "hunter", "Tell your friends about us! See you again soon. Better hunting next time!", if they manage to escape .

Yes, but did you notice on the same page, when booking a hunt there is a non refundable depoist of $2,500 , which would be more evidence to suggest that the whole thing is just a huge scam.

This is not going to happen. They can't hunt a woman and screw her. It's illegal.

They can call the women whatever they want, look at what strippers get called. Not much better.

It's a game, these men don't hate women, they love the hunt! They are beefing it up for the media, as always! Yea, scam....see, and if not one day, these rules will not apply.

This has been burned out, and i still don't mind being a Bambi! I would love it! But i love paintball....no sex included!
Thats my story. LOL DREAMER!!!!!! So true!

the whole company is probably going to have to stop selling the videos (and the hunts if they're doing them). the company is only licensed to sell videos of a hunting nature that specifically excludes pornography. there's no doubt that the hunt videos would be deemed pornographic and outside the scope of the license. they can't legally do the hunts either because they aren't licensed to... and they wouldn't be able to get a license because paintball games for profit require a license that stipulates protective gear for the players which includes clothing.

if the women that were involved in this did get hurt when hit by a paintball, they could sue the hell out of the company. it makes no differece whether they signed a consent waiving liability. hospitals routinely have surgical patients sign informed consent waivers before surgery, but it never means squat in a lawsuit. some hospitals don't even bother with the consent forms anymore because they're essentially legally worthless.

    another interesting tidbit:

    http://www.lasvegassun.com/sunbin/st...515353096.html

"The website also hints that sex may be involved with the "hunts." On Wednesday morning one of the links on the website showed suggestive photographs of "some of the hottest female escorts in Vegas" who are available for private bookings through the site.

But by Wednesday night the language was toned down, saying that women in the photos were the women whom men could choose to hunt down."

and now we know why these women were REALLY involved in this... not for the paltry $1000 to risk getting hurt but for the escort bookings.
