Default How much do you make a night?

Hi guys..I'm new here and I was just wondering how much you make a night and around how much you average a month minus taxes without doing lap dances...I know this must be an annoying question but I was just wondering wether or not its worth it to get into this line of work...Im in calgary and I dont think they do laps at the clubs here...I personally dont want any physical contact with a cutomer...anyway if you could give me some info that'd be cool..thanks

not enough! and thats the truth. LOL

I worked at one club and I made $300-500 a night. usually right in the middle of that. Now I'm at another club and one day I'll make $50 and the next $900. then $100, then $800. You get the idea. Very up and down. It all depends on the girl and the club there's no average. I try to make $2,000 for the week. if i work a regular week's schedule. Sometimes I make MUCH less sometimes more.

I don't drive a ferrari but I also don't complain about my bills. You should dance because you want to do it, not as a get rich quick idea. It's hard to do that now a days.

Also I doubt a lot of girls will post how much they make, IRS and stuff. The only way to know how much you'll make is to try it and see.

Also keep in mind, girls in different states might make a lot more or a lot less then others, but the cost of living in that state could be higher or lower than others. If a girl in cali makes $800 it's like making $500 in tampa cause their money will go about as far.

I hope that made sense. and good luck with what you decide

If you don't do laps don't count on making much of anything. Stage tipping is dollar bills mostly and you only go up a few times a night. You might want to look at waitressing. I think they make about $80 to 150 a night around here(Texas). Sometimes a good VIP customer with a huge tab will tip the waitress $100 or more, but you can't count on that every night. You'd probably average just as much, or more, waitressing in a nice restaurant than waitressing at a Strip club, and you wont have to worry about randy customers grabbing your butt.

I agree with Mariah, dances are where the money is, definately not the stage. If you dont like contact at all, dancing in general might not be for you. At times you might have to sit very close to people, etc, and there is no guarantee they wear deodorant.

However, it might not be that bad if you give it a try.

My money can vary from $100 to $500, I haven't made more than 5 in a long time. Average lately has been 300.

LOL - Indica too funny, too funny......
Anyway yes dances are where the money is at, I don't know Calagry clubs so I can't advise on them sorry. Here in the states there are clubs that run the full spectrum . some full nude to bikini. Same goes for contact. Zero contact to BJ and screwing. All depends on the club.
I haven't danced months but I was pulling in about $400-$600 on average night except in NYC area where I'd make grand or most of the the time and I worked strictly upscale no contact clubs

Most night w/o lap dances I would guess that you could make between $0 and $150 just from your stages, and the occasional air dance you might get. *If you are doing air dances in a club that normally offers moderate to high contact*, you will get a reputation among the customers as a ROB and not make hardly anything. Some clubs require you to sell a certain number of dances per shift (as they are taking a cut) and if you don't sell at least X number of dances you either need to pay the club for the minimum number of dances anyway, or are no longer allowed to schedule.

Here in Oregon air dances are normal. But most of the time girls only sell 6-10 dances a night. Stage tipping is encouraged by the atmosphere of most clubs. In clubs where lap dances are normal most girls sell 20-50 dances a night. At $20 a dance that is a huge difference :o income wise.

I just went to stripclublist.com, and it looks like only two clubs in your city offer private dancing. Heck, if that is the case I may end up in Calgary to dance on stage !! Your best bet would be to go to the club and talk to the managers about how much the girls make, and also ask about paycheck possibilities. It looks like maybe you might have a chance to collect a wage as well as tips on stage.

Around 200 to 300 a shift for average, I have really rockin nights of 1000 plus on occasion, but I will also get hit with a 60 dollar night once in a while......Why can't the customers just leave all the money at the door and go back home, so all the dancers can divy it up at the end of the night?

    DenverD, LOL!

A friend of mine who I know (to the best of my knowledge) doesnt do any extras, actually has customers occasionally stop at the door and hand her an envelope of money when they are too busy to come in for the dances.

    Thats a dedicated customer!

I visited a few clubs in British Columbia and the clubs are weird. The dancers are features paid by the club to perform on sttage and do 15 minute sets, follwed by a 15 minute intermission and the the next girl. No stage tips and no table or lap dancing. they would even autograph personal poster style calendars and give them to the guys for free.

In the states some smaller clubs or clubs in certain strict areas are stage only and the guys are conditioned to tip. The larger clubs are not about stage and the money is made off of dances only.

If your club environment is all about stage with no dances chances are your earnings will be poor.

ALL my dancer acquantances are complaining about how bad the money is right now. I know its not just dancer b/s as they always tell me when money is good too. They know Ill tip generously regardless. This one dancer in particular was telling me last nite that a few days ago she actually went home NEGATIVE after tip out. Shes a hustler too...used to earn anywhere from $200 to $300 a shift and maybe up to $600 on a really good night. Shes not doing anything different now other than working harder than ever. Men still love LD's so its gotta be the economy. Disgressionary income...what I call "play money" is down in most parts of the country. I dont have a solution but I sure hope it gets better soon!
Once again I have embraced my addiction and have put off the moral dilemma to another day.
