I do my job because it keeps me in shape and I like the extra incentive it gives me to look good. Without it, who knows, I could be out of shape and gross. I also enjoy the feeling of men paying to watch. It can be good for confidence. I believe this job builts your confidence and teaches you skills you wouldn't be able to learn elsewhere in the sameamount of time. I can see why you would miss it. If you find a club that allows you the hours you want why not go for it. If you are worried about the free time you'll lose, see if you can find a more flexible club. As for feeling as if you can't handle the rejection, that's the way life goes. If I don't get an A on a test, if I don't meet my personal quota on sales, or if someone picks someone else over me, it just motivates me to be better and improve myself. Sometimes rejection is personal, sometimes its not but its part of life. Also, in the clubs I am sure everyone gets rejected at one time or another. You don't really expect every guy you go up to to buy a dance. Good luck :-)
Maybe take a "stripping vacation". I've taken several of these where I'll fly to another city and work 3-5 days, all double shifts (16 hours+ per day) and then come home. It's good for getting it out of your system for a few months.
SARA - thats a wicked ass thought and plan!

Never explain yourself to anyone, because the person who likes you doesn't need it and the person that dislikes you won't believe it.
