    Default Laughabe lawsuits

HAHA I found these on a wal-mart site no less! There are alot more on the link below.

Jefferson Ketcham's family is suing Cobb's Inn and a waiter there, Paul Kane, over Ketcham's death. The family is claiming that Kane was negligent because, after he gave the intoxicated man a ride home, Ketcham tripped, hit his head, and died. The family says Kane should have walked Ketcham to the door.

A man is suing a bank that he attempted to rob. After employees of the bank realized he was deaf, they were able to talk during the attempted robbery, which made it easy for them to stall the would-be robber until police arrived. The failed bank robber is suing the bank for discrimination.

Bernie Carson is suing PT's Show Club (a strip club) for $200,000. Carson claims that one of the strippers caused him "emotional distress, mental anguish, and indignity" when she bashed her breasts against his head. Carson also claimed to have been "bruised, confused, lacerated and made sore." The stripper's breasts are rumored to weigh up to 40 pounds each.

Well, the 'big tit' lawsuits and court cases do have a purpose - to promote the person with the big boobs in nationwide media ! A couple of years ago big busted feature Tawny Peaks was sued for the same thing, but took her case to 'The People's Court' for some nationwide TV exposure. Unfortunately for Tawny's promotion reasons, the examination of her two 'weapons' was done offstage by a female court officer!

Morganna the 'kissing bandit' did the same thing when she was busted for being on the field at a baseball game - her 'gravity' defense (that her boobs were so heavy that they pulled her over the rail from her box seat and onto the field) didn't work in court, but it did work great on the front page of 'USA Today'.

I'm sure that you'll see the PT's Showclub case on one of the TV Court shows.

Melonie not to sound rude, but i don't think that is really the kind of exposure a woman these days needs. On the front page!!! She must have been the laughing stock for some time. I know it would sound ridiculous to me.
Thats just kinda sad, she could have killed herself because of boobs that are far to large for her health.

well, Pamela, everything is relative I guess. The exposure landed Morganna a Hollywood film role opposite Bill Murray and a layout in Playboy, and Tawny Peaks was able to raise her weekly feature fee by $1000 immediately after her Peoples Court appearance. IMHO the 'big tit' cases were specifically contrived for the purpose of generating the publicity for big boobs girls who benefitted financially from that publicity - if there was any 'laughing stock' it was the big boobs girls laughing all the way to the bank.

It just sounds like it should have been on "Americas funniest videos". You know what i mean. I can see it happening, and it would be funny. I know alot of people out there get recognized for the strangest happenings, but this is silly. Money or not, i think if this happens, its harmful.
Boobs so big you can't bend over with out falling!!!
And i know you will speak highly of them, because you have more than normal size implants, but i think there comes a point when it's just plain old silly. And dangerous. I am glad she did not get hurt.
And how can she sue ? Her boobs made her do it!!!!! I just pictured it as i read it thats all. Silly.
    Worth a good laugh anyway.

This isn’t as laughable as it seems. This poor guy really could get nailed from this.

As a bartender, I live in a constant state of low anxiety that I have not done enough to ensure that everyone gets home safely from my bar. I am rather well known for cutting people off when they are nearing intoxication stage (that pisses a lot of people off, but I can live with that - I can’t live with someone dying or killing someone else just because I gave them one too many drinks). When someone gets too bad, and then someone else takes this person home, it really takes a load off my mind. If this guy gets popped for doing this good deed, it very well might influence others to not make that extra effort. That would be shameful and even dangerous.
