Default Weight went UP now what?

I was a dancer last year. I stopped dancing and
    gained 30 pounds since then!!
-But- I need a job 'NOW'.

    i'm about 5'3 and 140
Fat thighs and plumped out stomach.

Basically, I can't wear short shirts with my low jeans
because it doesn't look good with the extra weight.

I won't do anything but DANCE right now, since I did enjoy it. (no waitressing jobs for me..)

Do I have a chance of getting hired at an 'ok' places
like sports bars with stage and table dances?
(I did some bikini dancing b4 in Jersey)
    Thanks.

Can't you just diet and search for jobs at the same time? I don't mean that in any rude way.

There are some great weight loss tips in the body forum.

This is a matter which is very much at the discretion of clubowners. In some clubs, girls with a little "meat on their bones" do extremely well. In other clubs, girls who are 30% over their "ideal weight" don't stand a chance in hell of getting past an audition. Assuming that you're still talking about dancing in NJ bikini bars, gtting past the audition at NJ bikini clubs which meet your criteria of 'ok' in regard to reasonable contact levels and reasonable earnings will probably be an uphill battle. But you never know until you try! There are obviously many clubs which will have no problem whatsoever hiring a girl with a few extra pounds, however these probably won't meet your criteria for earnings potential or 'mileage' expectations.
