Default To the ladies on here, I'd like to know....

how many of you work another job other than dancing? And if you do how do you juggle the two? I just found that I'm pg and I don't know what I'm going to do and I'm having quite a bit of morning sickness. What I do know is I need to do something quick and not burn myself out. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. ???
    ps
    I'm almost 2 mos.

Do you want advice on juggling two jobs or being pregnant? I can help with the first!

It's really easy though. I just don't really have a life. I spend 40 hours at that job and work weekends dancing. Sometimes I'll work a weeknight if I got a nap somewhere. basically it's sleep, work, nap, put on makeup, work, sleep and so on....

Working two jobs, one being dancing, is actually not that difficult, if you can find the right second job for you. I work four evening a week at the club, generally from 9 pm until 3 am. I arrive home by 3:30, and on weekdays, I take a quick shower and go to bed. I get up at 11 AM, and go to my other job until 5, and then home to putter around the house. My other job is actually very flexible, as I am a butler, and it is that flexibility that helps me the most. The key is to find something that isn't as energy taxing as your night job, so that you still have spunk left to make the big bucks. Vitamins and working out help with the energy.

I would go and work at WalMart (if there's one that's close to you) It's not the classiest of jobs, but I used to have a good time there. I worked at a WalMart part time when I was in high school. They pay pretty decent (nothing compared to dancing) for a "regular job". They offer health benefits, 401K, stock options, and paid vacations. They were really good at working with the women who were pregnant and making sure they found them something they could do that would not put too much stress on them in the latter months of pregnancy. Plus you get employee discounts, so when you start stocking up on all those clothes, bottles, toys, diapers, etc. you can get them a little cheaper.
