Default Things that make you go "huh?"

I like the weirdest gifts/weirdest requests thread. So here's another one, weirdest things that happen with people who work in the club...

I'm sitting in the dressing room the other day, and this girl comes running in and grabs a baby wipe and starts wiping her mouth, chin, and hands frantically. She's youngish and new and a little out there. Then she goes "OMG I'm in a champagne room with Jenna and her pussy smells so bad and I can't get it off my face." I'm like "weeellllll... keep your face out of it!" and she says "but we're both bisexual" like that means they have to lick each others pussy in the champagne room? They're also both in serious long term relationships.

So... what's happened in your club lately that's made you go huh?

"Tweaker City". OMG, I go into work the other day and there is this amazingly skinny woman who just came back to work at the club because she was in JAIL!!!

She carried her costumes in GARBAGE BAGS!!! Garbage bags?!! She would not shut up and she wanted to borrow like, everything I had. Now, I am careful, maybe a little anal about usage of my costumes and make-up. I keep everything clean and orderly. This woman asks to use my lip gloss? What was she thinking? Or was she? It was like she was stalking me. I don't spend a lot of time in our tiny dressing room, so I really only go back to get a bottle of water and/or to change. She was always there. It was like she was detaining me from mingling with the customers who were interested in me.

She asked me to help her tie her top and I lifted her hair to tie it and EEOOOWWW! What horrible acne on her back! :o

I am somewhat sympathetic to the"underdogs of the world", but...I do have my limits. How does one get themselves into that predicament. She tells me that she has like, four different guys that "help her out." Really? If they wanted to help her, they would buy her some health insurance and luggage!!

This one not only made me go "Huh?" but I was really depressed for the next 24 hours.

    Damn!

Things that make me go huh are really all the gossip about how each and every dancer does her job! Really. Some dancers expect you to behave like them.
In the dressing room it's the pits. Poor "rookie" who comes along, she will get nailed hard from the majority of dancers that have been there a while. They will try to "starve her out" with their nasty gossip to other customers and dancers. It is the WORSE job i could ever imagine when it comes to bad behaviour!! I really do not understand, lots of jobs are major competetion. But stripping has some pretty nasty girls who make others quit on the first night, or run out the door crying.
Example: This shit is NASTY, we had a girl, very cute, don't understand why she did this, but pissed in another dancers drink while she was changing out!!!! Come on ! It's like shoot this one on the spot. Nasty scum. No other words for that scum. Yepper...She is gone. Other girl is still there and rocks!
    That just plain old sucks.

Or.. this one chick was complaining about how her friend's purse she uses for work (authentic LV purse) got stolen.. I sympathized with her yet commented that her friend probably shouldnt use such an expensive designer purse for work and she BITCHED me out saying 'what the fuck do u buy an expensive purse for? to leave on the shelf at home?!' Geeze.. is it too much to expect that some of us like to flaunt our hard-earned items OUTSIDE of work? I mean, cmon!

OK I'm a little embarrassed to even tell this story, but here goes. A few years back I was working at a smallish "new" club in a medium sized city. The club was new, but the building was old. The dancer's dressing room was on the second floor. Worked there for a few months and noticed nothing unusual. However, at one point in the summer we dancers began to notice a musty smell in the dressing room. As days went by, the smell migrated toward 'dead fish'. At this point we were really concerned that some animal had crawled inside the walls and died or something. We went on an intensive search for the source of the odor, and eventually found ....

    wait for it .....

... a former dancer's G-String which had been left behind and wedged in a corner! The particular dancer had been "fired" for being too "up close and personal" with club customers. On the inside of the G-String were literally layers of "discharge". You could actually "count the rings" and tell how many days in a row this G-String had been worn without being washed, much like counting the rings in a tree stump to tell how old it was!

I was in this club with a bunch of guys and a dancer sat with us and told us she was kindergarten teacher. After about 45 minutes she told us she was lying. Why in the hell would someone lie like that? ???

yeah yeah yeah,....that was a good one! I feel like I am being picked on a bit... what do ya think?

I know you were disappointed when I told you the truth. I could tell when I met you that you were the kind of guy that would enjoy having the chance to relive the crush you had on your kindergarten teacher. Remember how you got allof those dances? (was that drool?) I only had to tell you the truth when you insisted that you live in my city and could not take no for an answer to taking me out on a date

I've mentioned this b4, but I'll say it again. Ever notice how a girl will get a dirty thong out of her locker if she left a clean one home or whatever, and just try to wipe the crust out with a baby wipe and then spray body spray or summer's eve on it and slap it on.
We have a sink and soap back there. Every1 has forgotten a specific color bottom every now and then, but either don't wear the outfit or wash it out and then blow dry it. What does that take all of six minutes?

Coworker who was "engaged" to a service member who was stationed far away. She'd wine and dine him every time he was in town, but the moment he was back on post, she'd be boozing it up, partying, and leaving the club each night with a new "frat boy" type. Then when they call her at work a few days later, she gives them the prima donna routine, and says that every time she sleeps with a guy, within two weeks they are proposing, and why can't they just understand that she doesn't want anything committed? Made me just want to say "Uh, hellllloooo.... aren't you ENGAGED? If you don't want anything committed, why are you engaged? And if you're engaged, why are you fucking guys left and right behind his back?" Then again, it could have just been part of some plan to save enough to fix her botched boob job.

One more thing: how people bring their boyfriend and husband into the club on different nights and such. This always amazes me when a dancer or bartender or whatever is married to someone and also has a boyfriend who comes into the club. Like Monday nite: the husband will be there and on Friday when the husband is at work the boyfriend will be there.
Then to top it all off, eventually word gets "accidentally" spread or someone outside of the know will call the guy by the others' name or something and the girl has the nerve to get mad. Like can u keep ur little slut drama at home or at hotels. If u didn't put evry1 one in ur business, would we even know?

    this made me laugh
I once had to wash ( at the sink thankyou) out a thong at work to wear and I began to blowdry it, I was laughing with a friend about having to do it to begin with when I realized that my thong had melted where I was drying it with the blow dryer It was this shiny material and must have had some plasic in the thread or something.... I couldn't believe it. I had to go home and didn't get to work that shift. From then on I kept one set of differnt color thongs in my locker and a 2nd set in my bag just incase.
I never did quite live down "the chick who metlted her panties" thing at that club

Last week I was working a booking with another black girl and since it was slow went up to the stage to tip her $1 and she said "I don't have black friends or associate with blacks." No wonder our race has so many problems.

Last night was full of weird things. There's this girl in the dressing room, one of those that always just runs her mouth about her entire life, you know... first she's upset that her mom got her a yard ornament for easter, she wanted candy (she's like 25), and she shut her hand in her car door today, was holding it by the edge and slammed it, and yesterday she caught her thongs on fire blow drying them, got them caught in the blow drier and ruined the motor and one of the bouncers had to use a fire extinguisher to put it out. Oh, and another thing she never understands what's going on with peoples drama in the club, why does everyone else just get it and she doesn't get it until someone spells it out for her? And someone says "oh, hon, you're not stupid, you're just innocent." Uhm... yeah. Whatever.

Then... I got out of a champagne room with an extremely rude and grabby customer, and the head of security says "what's wrong with you" and i say "i'm just tired of people trying to grab my pussy... i'm going to go fix my make up and get over it" and he says "well, if your a dancer you should get used to people grabbing your pussy all the time." I almost quit right there on the spot...

You saying "head of security" , to me signify's and I assume that there would have been underling's or some sort of "security staff"!!!!

I personally would be ashamed to draw a check or worse yet receive a tipout under the pretence's that I was give the title of "Security" and allowed such activity to go uncontested. If for no other reason, I've seen what I half nekkid girl in 7" heel's is capable of doing to an asshole .

Alas, men of such honor are rare in this business...

In clubs where "pussy grabbing" is not only allowed, but even encouraged--by much less enlightened women than are to be found on this forum (and condoned, if only passively, by management and other male staff), such distressing incidents as this are regarded with none of the outrage and contempt you and I automatically feel.

Where we might react with vengeful and violent swiftness, those jaded by prolonged exposure to the less attractive aspects of our industry remain passive, or are even amused. What pathetic souls they are.

I had a great and very funny story to tell, but my humor has been spoiled. I'll come back later...

This is a tale about one of my favorite all-time dancers--The Fuse-Blower, Layla. Who was capable of generating powerful electrical currents just by walking across the room. And who currently holds the unofficial title in the Guinness Book of World Records for extended booty-shake endurance (they just don't know it yet, but we'll get around to that later). All this after two children.

She also had one of the kindest, most gentle dispositions of anyone I have encountered in this industry, which is not known for it's encouragement of such traits (see above). But though she was a mere 5'2", she had a deathly fear of dwarves.

It is unlikely that I would ever have discovered her phobia, save that a severely height-handicapped gentleman began frequenting our club. When he walked in the door the first night, she came running up to the booth in a frazzled state, divulged the nature of her secret, and confessed to me her fear, made the more distressing due to the likelihood that he might be inclined to ask her for a VIP, which temptation few customers could resist, after witnessing her amazing stage performances.

I reassured the poor girl as best I could, told her to relax and have a drink or six, and thought no more of it. Soon it was time to put her on stage. Whether she had taken my advice about the drinks, or was just unable to stop doing what she did so well, dwarves not withstanding, her set was as riveting as always.

Though I knew she had a man, and have for the most part successfully maintained a strictly professional relationship with the dancers in my places of employment, even I could never resist watching the amazing sight of Layla in full effect.

The dwarf, naturally, was smitten instantly and powerfully with her charms, and his lack of height and bulk did not prevent him from beating out the other customers for the privilege of taking her into the VIP lounge. God help me, I could not help but laugh at the sight of her wildly rolling eyes as she led the lucky little fellow, grinning from ear to ear, into the site of his ecstasy, and her torment. Though I was not so cruel as to let her see me do so, as they walked by. Actually, I had to leave the booth for a moment.

Nor was I so cruel as to be immune to the severity of her distress, so I played the shortest songs I could get away with without depriving him of his fair chance to experience his money's worth. It was of no avail, for such was the Power of Layla, even in a state of the highest anxiety, that he bought dance after dance from her. After an hour or so, a pale and trembling Layla emerged and an elated dwarf walked out the door in a state of perfect bliss.

It took her another hour, and several more drinks, before she could stop shaking, and I could stop laughing (aren't I mean?). The worst thing is, his experience of even a severely impaired Layla in VIP was addictive, and the happy little guy returned night after night, until his vacation was over, and Layla was a basket case for the duration.

chuck... that girl who said she was a school teacher then told the truth... i think i remember her posting her side of the story in a previous thread about lies on this board

any hoo... speakin of things that make u go huh.... i just started at my job... and my 2nd or 3rd night there the housemoms money got taken... RIGHT OFF HER DESK! so we all chipped in and paid her back... i happened to leave exactly when my shift was over as i do EVERY night... because my feet normally hurt and all, plus... and hour drive home can be intimidating. just last night i was working and the "sweet girl" every one loves from my club hadnt been talking to me all night... even when i tried to comfort her crying earlier in the evening... i had noticed this had been a trend lately as well, this being strange mainly because as a newbie she was the one to spend all evening w/ me teaching me pole tricks and helping in any little way. well she just looks at me when i chime in on a convo in the room while redoing my makeup and says "you know why i dont talk to you... i dont trust you... i think you stole housemoms money that night because u left early"..... OH LET ME TELL YOU... i went off... and i am typically the quiet shy one there too... i asked if she had ever noticed that i leave early EVERY night if possible... and how she could see this in me if she saw enough kindness to help me out in the begginning... well needless to say she just went on her rant about me not being trustworthy and all... in her rightious tone... so i stated... "you know... this is why i dont stay back here and i am quiet... i dont wanna get caught up in all the petty drama... im leaving now to go make money"

it still urks me what she said... but i think in a positive light... at least it gives me a reason to stay on the floor and make money.

i'm new here, and i thought this would be a fun thread to make my first post in [wave]

on a really slow night a few months ago, i was sitting in the dressing room (cause there was nothing else to do) with another dancer. she pulled a pack of cigarettes out of her makeup case, lit one for herself, and held the pack out to me. i don't smoke, so i was just like, "huh?" and she says, "have a cigarette." i thought maybe she didn't know i was a non-smoker so i politely told her no thank you and that i didn't smoke.

then she says, "have one anyway."

    "uh . . . . but i don't smoke."

then she just flat-out freaked out on me, and started screaming at me.

"WILL YOU JUST BE SOCIAL FOR ONCE? JUST SMOKE ONE CIGARETTE, IT'S NOT GONNA KILL YOU! JUST SMOKE A CIGARETTE WITH ME! I WILL HAVE SO MUCH MORE RESPECT FOR YOU IF YOU JUST SMOKE A CIGARETTE!"

    ???

    granted, that girl carried a reputation for being a bit moody . . . . but damn . . . .

Dancer’s that don’t believe you can get and keep a well-behaved, high spending customer without dancing dirty.

I suppose that shouldn’t surprise me but it did. Because of the amount of time I spend in the VIP with my regular, I catch my share of ribbing. A typical comment might be: “Are you two still here? Are you getting married or what?” Since the girls seem to have no reservations about teasing us on the floor, I was wondering if my ATF was getting grief in the locker room. Fortunately it is not too bad. She gets a few snide remarks from those that are envious she doesn’t have to work the floor when I’m in. I did not think the girls would resort to spying though. A couple of visits ago a girl that has previously solicited my business, positioned herself with a customer only a few feet away from us. She was there about 45 minutes. Nothing unusual. She then went back to the locker room and told an assembled throng of girls waiting to hear dirt: “ She didn’t do anything!!!! (No extras) She was just dancing and I watched for 45 minutes. I can’t believe he keeps coming back!”

Well…. yeah!!! She gives great-personalized service, (in the traditional business sense) incredible dances, we have intelligent conversations on many subjects other than sex and we make each other laugh all night long. Why mess with a winning formula? We both leave happy every time.

LOL--some of these comments are sick!!!! :o) but pretty funny.
Here's a story that may have happened to you...it happened to me just a couple days ago...
I was working the day shift, and it was pretty quiet, hence not much money to go around. A customer had walked in, and all the girls ignored him. I was bored so I went over to say hello. He was a nice guy, and we ended up chatting for a 1/2 hour. Well, this one girl who works there, she tells everyone she's the prettiest and she should make the most money, etc. (I am a pretty girl too, but I don't BRAG about it). So, she decides to walk up to the customer, right as we are in the middle of a conversation, and DEMAND that he do a private dance with her!!! I look at her like, "what the hell are you doing?" She tells him that he won't get any better than her...whatever that means. Well you know what? I stepped up, (I'm usually quiet), and said, "I think that he would like to dance with me, and it was very rude of you to interrupt". Well, she says, "Well, it's up to the guy". So then he comes out and says to her "you are rude, and (I) am a much better choice", so he chose me. :o) The other girl stalked off, and got her things and left, muttering that this place was "b.s." and she couldn't understand why any guy would say no to her.
So, I guess that just goes to show that nice, dancers come out on top!! :o)
