Hey y'alllllllllllll!!!!!!!!!
Getting those jitters down were something else. We all started at around 8p.m. ,we were all introduced one by one and then we started working the floor. The 3 song dance sets were nerve wracking, and while working through the lap dances, I kept an eye on the other dancers on the floor, trying to copy moves. Last call is at 3:45 a.m., I tried to make it through that last hour, but my ankles were shaking bad, my balance was terrible. I wore the type of shoes with a square heel, but the mgr. said I should switch them out to a spike, the platform looked clunky with the heel I had. Do you guys have anything you drink to keep you going? (i.e. coffee, o.j....hell..redbull?) The cocktails customers purchase for you will dehydrate.
My muscles hurt, but I had my second job to start within 2 hours of coming home. I kept moving, and my body pains dissipated, but OH THOSE BLISTERS!!!Band -Aid blister patches are the best thing ever invented.
Damn but the legs do tone up AND FAST. It was awesome. I walked out of there with the biggest ardenalin rush of my life, and the silliest grin my face!
Thanks for your support guys!!!!!!!!!! I felt more prepared with at least some knowledge going into the situation. , and I have to say this board is filled with wonderful dancers, and you guys made me go through with everything!
Jax, I could not have done it without ya!Thank you SO MUCH for being there for me. Guys this gal helped me work up my nerve, and got me out on that dance floor! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!She taught me to have faith in myself, and no matter how frightening it seems JUST DO IT.
-love and hugs,
Lara
p.s. I have never slept so well in my life!!! [zzz]

Your body will get used to the "abuse", it's just a matter of time and adjustment
