Default Newbie!! :)  I have a few questions.

First of all, I would like to say how great this site is. I have spent the last two nights reading back on many many posts and it has been very helpful.

Sometime later this week I will be going down to a club to try to get a job. My friend knows one of the girls that works there so I'm not sure what will happen. My friend (she stripped a few months ago and is hoping to get a job here as well), has been very helpful but there is so much detail I would like to know and she can only talk to me so many hours a day LOL, (plus she only danced for a few months).
As far as going to get the job, if you have to audition, how exactly does that work out? Do they have a pole in the back that you can dance on or do they throw you out on the main stage for on song? Should I wear some kind of outfit as if I was going to strip?

    next...stage, floorwork...
the club I'm going to seems to be kinda upscale (from the outside) but I'm pretty sure its fully nude (most are around here)... now by fully nude I'm a bit confused.. I know you have to be completely naked, but dont you wear an outfit to start off with when you first go out on stage?.. do you quickly put the outfit back on after the song? do you take off and put back on your outfit for every private dance? or are you walking around the floor completely naked looking for costumers, sitting naked with them? because it would seem that sitting at a bar completely naked often could cause some medical problems. do you wear the outfit and take it off for every stage dance??

    money...
where do you keep your money?? should i bring a purse to carry around with me?
also.. how do you collect your tips from stage?

I'm sorry i have so many questions and i'm sure it varys from club to club, and it would be best just to go check out the club. but i won't be going for about a week or so, so any help would be great
I've been to plenty of raves, dance clubs, concerts.. but this will be my first time in a strip club!!
    Thanks!

Yes this is correct in a nude club it means you have to be nude alll the time. In fact EVERYONE has to be nude including customers, bouncers and bar staff

OF COURSE YOU PUT YOUR CLOTHES BACK ON AFTER EACH DANCE.

It's striptease - that's the whole point. There wouldn't be much incentive to buy a private dance if the girls worked the floor naked - interesting idea 'though.

    Hi...
I like to carry a very small, dressy purse to put my money in. Also, that lets me carry around things like altoids and lip gloss so I don't have to run upstairs to the dressing room all the time. (The club where I work is quite large.) Always carry your money with you at all times, never leave it in the dressing room unless you have a locker. It will get stolen. Sone girls fold their money over the side of their g-string and secure it with a rubber band. Others strap it to their ankle. Depends on your preference, but a purse looks more professional in my opinion, especially at an upscale club.

A word about taking costumes on and off....make sure it's possible!! I have one outfit that's a bitch to take off onstage and for lap dancing, and it's just as annoying to put back on. Make sure it's feasible at the store first, otherwise you will be in for a headache. You will be undressing/dressing all night, so make sure what you wear is comfortable.

    Good luck to you!

WOW, I remember that headspace back in the day! I buddied up with a veteran (who happened to be my best friend!) SHe lent me outfits, and schooled me exactly how when where what and why.

I would go to the club or a few to see what exactly is going on in that club for sure.

And yah they just chuck ya onstage to see what ya got LOL! Very nerve wracking for real, my friend taught me in her basement...floor work especially -

SOme girls tuck their cash in their boot, some use the double elastic around the ankle, and I prefer a mini clutch purse. Good for lipstick n powder for touch ups that dont require you going back in the dressing room unlocking locker etc etc.

But considering how many questions on the whole process the best solution is to go observe.

Take a male friend along, and observe. It will answer MANY of your questions.

I wish you tons of luck, it can be fun and exhilerating but tough and clique-ish too.

    All the breast to ya!
