    Default why remove comments ?

i dont undersrtand why would you have a public posting board, but remove comments that might not portray the same beliefs you have. i just put a post on here that was neither vulgar, derogotory, or negative to anyone in any way. However, it was removed because 1) im not a stripper 2)these "independant women" in here think that just because you job is a "fantasy" your whole life is a fantasy, maybe a shot or reality once in a while is good. And nothing for nothing let a comment stay for a little while and see what kind or responces it gets before removing it.

This board is moderated to keep the peace and to keep it relevant. It is a stripper board that is meant for discussions relating to strippers and the stripping industry. We like this board because we can come here and know we're not going to have to sift through hundreds of garbage posts to find relevant, mature discussion. Other stripper / strip club boards are always clogged with garbage - thank god this one isn't. If your post was removed there was a reason. There is a brother to this site at for customers to discuss their issues, and you are free to use it.

Why don't you register and maybe folks would listen instead of signing in as a guest.

This seems like a "site issue" topic, so don't be surprised if the whole thread gets moved to that forum. Seems a lot of us when in doubt are posting on the all too abused "general" board.

Ryan, SW was intended as a resource for dancers, and not as a free for all board for just anyone to come flame and troll as they please. Being the dancers "target demographic" we customers are allowed (if not encouraged) to post considering they ask for our input from time to time.

Moderators keep discussions on topic, and have the right to harvest threads of off topic responses and imbecilic posts that serve no purpose but to agitate members and suck up bandwidth. If your looking for a place where you can say all the nasty things you please, may I recommend the following, a perfect example of what happens when you run a disscussion board W/O a moderator.

    http://tuscl.com/discuss.asp

As for your post, I didn't see it, and it could have just as easily been removed because you had replied to somebody who had already drifted off topic, as that's probably happened to a lot of us here, myself included. To keep all posts in a thread relavant, OT responses as well as responses to THOSE posts must be removed. I assure you that no one has posts removed because they have a dissenting opinion.

Seeing as you've made more than a couple of comments as a "guest", you might want to consider registration, so you can access member priveledges. The same password will get you into both SW and Stripclubjunkie.com.

True, although let me point out that we have a moderator over there too, so it's not a free for all and I'm sure similar enforcement of the posting guidelines will be done.

... And I would STILL recommend registration.

Read more than half the posts put on this board ML, and you will see that we deal with "reality" on this board. As you should see here...This board deals with issues that are tough. But you would not understand that it seems.
If a guy does not like dancers, they are easy to pick out. Remember that. Even on this board
Now i did not see Ryans post, or maybe i did. Too many to read. Ml, you come here, perhaps to feel good about yourself when you speak ill minded about us.
Guy, your pole dancer is lame! Seems you have never seen a "real" pole show.

I'm not sure which post you're talking about either Ryan. You did make a border-line post that was flame bait about whether or not stripping is hard work...but don't think I killed it.

Either way, it seems to me you have a problem with your girlfriend and are using those feelings to blanket a bunch of strangers you don't know...
We all imagine ourselves the agents of our destiny, capable of determining our own fate. But have we truly any choice in when we rise, or when we fall, or does a force larger than ourselves bid us our direction. Is it evolution that takes us by the hand, does Science point our way, or is it God who intervenes keeping us safe.

So much struggle for meaning, for purpose. And in the end, we find it only in each other. Our shared experience of the fantastic. And the mundane. The simple human need to find a kindred, to connect. And to know in our hearts... that we are not alone.

Pryce, maybe he means the POLL he has on the board that no one can enter?

I think the problem with the poll is that he didn't give it a subject...

I think the post ryan is referring to, is one that was posted on the nyc smoking thread - the post had nothing to do with the thread itself, and was only the 3rd posting - It's good (and important) to keep some continuity in these threads, or else they can get very confusing. I could have left it if there it had some correlation to smoking, but the subject wasn't even related. ???

I'd have been happy, ryan , to have PM'ed you - let you know about the removed post, and had invited you to begin a new thread on the subject you brought up, but there is no way to private message you, as you are not a registered member. :-/
