Default I won on e-bay my very first pair of thigh highs

I won an auction for a pair of exotic dancer thigh high boots on E-bay. I am going to get my first pair of thigh high boots. It will be my very first pair. I am excited. While on the subject, how hard is it to dance in thigh highs. Any advice you can offer would be great.

Actually they are EASIER to dance in! I favor boots over shoes for my stages. Lotsa ankle support - please please please wear socks inside they tend to get funky RIGHT QUICK if ya dont! I would also reccomend a foot spray deoderant before you put them on spray your leg as well, I am soooooo NOT KIDDING on this one, those thigh highs, oh hell any boot gets some serious funk to it - they arent the best in letting your feet breathe, get wet from the perspiration inside and if you arent diligent in the care of them and your feet; WHOA! You'll be burning them out in the back forty before you know it!!! LOL!

Hrm, I find open toed shoes more comfortable around my toes...all that weight being pushed into the point of a boot. Ow!

but on the plus side, I like boots because you can put your money in there and it looks more tidy than having it ina garter or rubber band.

My manager hates boots, so we're not allowed to wear them except if it goes with some sort of theme costume, and even then, only for one set.

I agree i love dancing in my boots too. With socks they are so much more comfortable especially if you have sore feet from too many nights in uncomfortable shoes. The ankle support gives your muscles a break too compared to normal stilettos which is great if you are standing around a lot. Best of all too you can do moves with your knees on stage without scraping them.

I have never worn boots - have tried them on several times but never felt like they look good on me. I have always had pretty big leg muscles so I think my legs are too thick for boots. Wish I could wear those thigh high boots sometimes though!
