    Default sex and champaigne room

    Hello everybody!
I work for a good club with little contact and girls from my observations almost don't offer extras. We always have managers and bouncers watching. But today as I walked in to the champaigne room with my regular customer, the girl, who was hired 2 days ago, was all
drunk and the man was fucking her from behind. I was shocked as well as my customer. We just walked away. Then we were debating if we must tell the management. He said I shouldn't interfere not to have problems. But it bothers me, because this kind of behavior is so degrading and humiliating to the club. I guess they did it pretty quick, because when the manager looked in to the room 3 minutes later, everything seemed fine. so they both got away with that.
What do you think should I keep my mouth shut in this case or should I complain?

Assuming that you really are a dancer and not just someone posting for the sake of it, I still find this hard to swallow. I mean, are there partitions in that champagne room? If not, was it crowded or not? I ask because where I've had VIP's the lounge has no partitions and the couches are pretty much close to each other so you actually can get away with checking out the other dancers doing their thing. Oh, and believe me, the bouncers and waitresses are constantly making their rounds so no one gets away with deviate behavior. Maybe it was really dark and those people were simulating a sex act .

Once the word gets out that those kind of extras are available in the champaign room, that will become the expected norm.

I did walk in on a couple while dancing in Lauderdale. She was giving a bj. I did not want this to become the norm for her or others who might see this as being acceptable. I went straight to the manager on the shift. He saw her and threw them both out. She never came back to work. He did come back as a customer a few weeks later.

It's up to you what you want to do. If you were told to not say anything and this behaviour is going on, wow...why not look for another club with rules. Or take a chance and say something, it's always best when they are in the act. That way the manager can't deny the act happening. I don't want the behaviour to happen in clubs i work. And a lot of girls are quick to tell. We don't want vice grabbing us. Pamela. Good luck on whatever you chose to do

This is precisely why any responsible strip club owner should load the damned place with security cameras and make both dancers and customers KEENLY aware that their activities are being monitored to keep the place safe for people trying to work within the law. No pervert watching a monitor in a back room somewhere, just hook the units up to a VHS or DVD recorder, and if a situation is reported, check the video.

And cameras or not, I'd tell your management about your troublesome co-worker and have them keep an eye on her.

Of course i would tell management. this is yet another example of how people get that whole "dancer=prostitue" stereotype. we work in clubs, not brothels, and again, we are entertainers, NOT whores, and i personally, (forget the legal standpoint) but personally do not want to be associated with that type of goings on at all.
there is a girl at my club that ive heard rumors about her letting guys finger her butt in the couch room. when the day came that i saw it myself, i went straight to the management. if someone wants to do that, let them do it outside of the club! Shawn

You should tell the manager, and you really should have said something when it was happening. But you can still give them the heads up about this girl, make it clear that you are concerned about her behaviour and how it reflects on the club, and the risk of raids she will cause. If they care about their club being a NICE place, they will watch her.

.I ceratinly appreciate all of your input. As for doubting that this occured(Carlos), you are entitled to what you think.
I am new in this business. I decided before I started to have very specific boundaries, which for me means absolutely no tolerance for rude behavior and the " extras". While I am pleased with my earnings and general experience, I am keenly aware that there are those who make choices different from mine. I do not want to work in an environment where such choices are either ignored or supported. For your information, I work at one of New York Cities finest Gentlemen's clubs. The management is usually very concerned with the appropriateness of all behaviors, dancers and customers alike. That this should have occurred has just caused me such discomfort. While I will not take any action now, based upon all of your warm support, I will bring it to managements immediate attention.

The situation in New York is quite interesting. There are the clubs that make little pretense about what goes on, and there are those clubs that consistently promote themselves as "Up-Scale" Gentlemen's Clubs", which turn the blind eye to "extra" during the day, while attempting to maintain their squeeky clean image. I realize that from an economic perspective, it is difficult to adequately staff floor managers and security during daytime hours of operation. Those customers that do patronize clubs during the day are almost viewed as providing found income for clubs during periods that would be very slow otherwise. It is obvious that many daytime customers are going to clubs (yes I' m talking about the well known up-scale places here) because the mileage is much higher and the opportunity to obtain ALL levels of "extras" is almost assured. This is extremely problematic for the majority of dancers, and is ultimately deleterious to the long term survival of the club business in Manhattan. The political climate has not changed greatly vis-a-vie strip clubs. Keeping overhead down, and garnering whatever revenue is to be had may be beneficial in the short term. However, the long term view evolving from this trend, can only spell great difficulty in the future. The fact that this originator of this thread could provide such insight into what is occuring even during prime time hours , should be disturbing to everyone.

perhaps the man was taking advantage of her drunkeness? I wouldnt put it past a man at all.

I would have reported it right away.
