I have seen on this board where dancers doing nothing can be arrested during a raid, how about customers not getting extras not on probation and no warrants out ?

While "Nothing" may be the wrong term, since many laws/regulations/ordinances are overlooked until election time, it is the dancers responsibility to remain within the law. Customers who are involved in "illegal activities" can be arrested but it's usually the dancer(s) and Club manager that go to jail. Customers CAN be arrested for soliciting/pandering (requesting that a dancer perform sexual activities for money) but this is seldom reported as its very bad for business. While it is Illegal its normally just considered an occupational hazzard and ignored.

I have been a dancer for many years, and i have yet to see or hear of a customer getting busted for performing anything out of club rules. Now i have seen many girls get thrown out the door for giving a blow job, or more. The guy has stayed. Ya know, i said it before....if she don't give it up, it can't be had. If a customer gets out of hand turn him in. We are not hookers. We are dancers!!! Pamela
According to ACE (Association of Club Executives) Legal statistics the vast majority of Club raids and subsequent legal charges are not for sexual acts but for "lewd" behavior. This can mean virtually anything with a good example being a violation of distance regulations in areas where distances are "on the books" but not usually enforced. It does NOT have to be what most consider Sexual to be illegal so the "hooker" analogy is really not applicable.
The ACE also documents many cases where the customers have been charged as well as the dancers but these are usually cases of actual sex acts in violation of actual Laws rather than club rules.
The Association of Club Executives is based in Clearwater FL. and is a highly respected national trade organization with board members from most major chains. I'll bet that your Club is a member.

Regarding the very few instances where I have seen customers arrested, the motivation has always been a city government with an axe to grind against dance clubs. They know that nothing kills dance club profits faster than busting a few local businessmen at a dance club and splashing it in a local headline. This is guaranteed to scare off 99% of potential customers, usually leaving the remaining customers as guys who already have a criminal record, perverts, or guys who simply don't give a shit who knows they've been patronizing strip clubs. Most often, these sort of customer busts happen after a city has lost an appeal to a dance club (tried to close it via a new ordinance etc. and failed), where a local club owner has been duking it out with the city fathers. If their new ordinance didn't work, the city fathers then figure they'll bleed the club dry of business instead and it will close voluntarily due to lack of customers and profits.
Much more typically, city fathers and dance clubs have an "understanding", which results in dancers being busted if political mileage is needed, with the customers and club itself never touched. This way the city government still gets their headline, but club business and the local community (i.e. dance club customers) are not negatively impacted.
