Default PLaces to stay in NYC

I am from Chicago and I want to come to NYC for the month of December to dance, where could I stay for a month and it won't be that expensive? Can you NYC girls recommend good places to dance and make a lot of money?

Even in the UK, December is hit and miss (although I must say that last December I made an unexpected ton of money!)

What is a good idea is to get into doing a Christmas corporate party. I know some pay very well and maybe about now, you may be able to get booked into doing an event. Because they are private with a set number of girls, it is laid out so every dancer should get a fair cut. I wouldn't see any reason to not give it a shot!

Thanks for the advice girls! Corporate parties, how do you get hooked up with those gigs? I'm in Chicago!

I don't know how you guys do in the US, but there are mostly agencies that arrange that sort of thing in the UK.

Entertainment or striptease (and even sometimes the clubs!) have dancers on their records and are always looking for fresh faces for these types of things. If you do some searching, you may even find that there is an event e.g. sports/promo event that will be looking for girls to apply to them direct. If you do apply for these, please make sure that they are totally 100% legit.

I dunno what else to say, but as I say, I'm not in the US. However, I hope this helps!

    Good luck!

I work at Scores on the weekends, and I live in DC. So pretty much every weekend I commute up and down from DC to NYC. Don't bother to stay at motels or hotels, if you really want to save money in NY find a place to sublet for a month only., ..., has good listing of places that you can sublet for a month or less. During the holidays people leave, you can rent a fully furnished room for 500-2000 dollars, which is way cheaper than spending 150 a night on hotels in NYC. I actually stayed at a hostel around the corner from scores, and the YMCA is nearby, and you can book a room for 50-60 a night.
