    Default Vegas

I am a 22 yr. old dancer, and am traveling to Vegas on Nov. 16 till the 25. I needed to know if this is convention season and if it will be hard to get hired by a club at this time? Also, once you get the referral for the sheriffs card, can you get the card that same day? Or does it take processing time? When are the best times to audition at the topless clubs. Thanks.

    Yes, it is convention season.

As far as getting hired, it depends on which club you go to and what you look like.

You can get your sheriff's card the same day you get your referral slip if you go to the SC to get the slip early in the morning. I'm not sure if clubs even give them out in the morning. It probably depends on which club and if there are managers there that early. Cheetahs and OG's are good clubs to get a referral slip from.

The station to get the card is on Decatur and Russell. I suggest going early, like 8 or 9 am. You will have to wait in lots of long lines.

After you get your sheriff's card, go to the club you wish to work at the beginning of the shift you wish to work. Different clubs have different shift times, so call the club to find out more info. Find out if they have a dress code too. They usually size you up in your clothes and then hire you (or not). Bring your clothes and shoes because you can work immediately if you get hired. Vegas isn't too strict on looks. Club Paradise being the most strict and OG's being the least. BTW, just because you got a referral slip from one club, doesn't mean you have to work there.

There are lots of threads on working in Vegas and Vegas clubs in "Club Chat" and "Reviews".

Thanks again for the help. From all the info I have gathered from the other pages, CH2, CP, Sapphires, and SR are the best to check out.

I would have to agree. I work at CH2. If you want any more info about that club let me know.
