Has anyone heard of or had any experience with this company? Their ad states they need dancers for cruises, but they are not a strip club or agency. Are they nude, topless? Thanks for your help!!

not sure if it is the same type thing but i worked one time on a ship that went out the 3miles it took to be out in international waters. at first it seemed on the up and up and i tell you it was fun doing dances on the top of the boat on the ocean. turns out it was a hooker boat with the money being made in the staterooms below deck.

is prostitution legal on international waters?
I dont know but who would know? the coast guard probley wouldnt board the ship. Also it was kinda hush hush. contact was high in the dance room im sure it progressed further as the cruises went on. i was only on one of the first few cruises. I thought it was a great concept but of course i guess guys didnt want to pay the 100 boarding charge for just dances

According to my attorney, the jurisdiction of US state laws only extend 3 miles out to sea. Once a boat is beyond the 3 mile limit, state prostitution, gambling and other laws no longer apply. Once in international waters, the legality of things is covered by maritime law and International Treaty. This mostly deals with piracy, smuggling (particularly drug smuggling) etc. The closest person with legal authority for a ship in international waters is its' Captain. If the treaties don't say anything about prostitution or gambling, and if the Captain says that prostitution and gambling are legal on his boat in international waters, *poof* they're legal.
