    Default target workouts?

So I have recently lost some weight due to a combination of stress and working out to relieve stress, and have found that I have LOST MY ASS. I usually weigh about 130, and was really happy with the sort of natural-curve look I had, but now that I'm under 120, I'm actually feeling really unhappy with my new flat ass and smaller boobs. Is there a way to gain back weight in the "right" places? Or a workout that will target my chest and butt to make them a little more interesting again? I feel like I look... deflated!!!

I know how you feel. My ass just ain't as crunchy as it used to be but I'm working on it and I must admit, I'm seeing a little improvement.

A good thing to do is to practice repetitive squats. They add shape and some muscle to your thighs and ass and they are pretty intensive so if done right, you may see results a little sooner. I also do butt crunches, that is lie on my back with bent legs and soles of feet flat against the floor and lift and squeeze my buns. Don't forget to put your hands under your lower back with palms flat against the floor. This also works for me too.

As for chest, I really don't know. There is no such thing as spot weight gain as there isn't such thing as spot weight loss. Maybe some other girls can give you advice. I can only think of bust lifting exercises. Have you tried those??

Malibu has the right idea; the only way you can really "pump" those two areas back up is to do weight training with them. The butt shouldn't be too hard as long as you're dedicated and consistent, but your breasts won't just perk right back up after dropping a certain amount of weight. Trust me, I know! But just work at it.

Our 'ass' is the biggest muscle on our bodies. (is it, i think so.) Do some squats, and weight training to build up that muscle!!!!

    Good luck,

Excuse me Pamela, but the largest muscles on your body is your Quadraceps. There is really no way to localize where you gain or lose fat. That's all been determined when you were born.
You can build up muscle below your fat but as to where fat is dispersed , you have no control. What you can do is sculpt the rest of your body to fit in proportion to your other features.

Walking lunges, plie squats, leg press (one leg at a time), and hack squat. Do these with heavy weights and 15 - 20 reps. 3 sets. They will also add muscle to your thighs.

wall push up's. Put your hands flat against the wall, but turned so they make a triangle, breath in going down, out when you push off, and do 25-30 of these a day. This wont make your breasts bigger, but it'll give them a hell of a nice shape.
Let me know how it goes,

I don't go to the gym at all and you can see from my ozmodel portfolio photo that I have a nice ass

I do three target exercises daily for my butt. I also throw into the mix Pilates and walking... all this equals a nice ass

Dreamer...The largest muscle in the body is the glutes. Other than that your very correct. Depot of fat cell as well as the lose of fat in certain areas is totally depended on genetics. Like many of the other posts squats, leg presses, butt blaster are all excellent ways to train the glutes. Also another way is if your gym has the gaunlet stair steppers, step them backwards. Hope this helps.
