    Default BA Procedures

I'm getting my BA done soon, and I would like to know what procedures did you guys have and did you like it? Everybody's telling me to do the armpit procedure, but what do you think??

I have teardrop unders via the areola. I don't know anybody who's had their's done via the armpit so I don't know what to say about that.............good luck!

Also, my dr. did not use stitches on my areola, he used Dermabond, a purple colored glue that is supposedly superior to stitches. Whether that is the reason for my minimal scarring I don't know.

I love my teardrops I really like the projection I get from them. They are textured but my boobs are still jiggly. Of course I want them bigger (I wear either a 32 or 34 D. C cups won't cover my nipples) and I do have a gap in between my breast but I can push them together just fine and can titty fuck in any position.

Sorry to sound crass; just being blunt.

Also, I forgot: I had mine done in a hospital, was put to sleep (actually my doc doped me up with oxycontin before my general anesthesia) could have gone home the same day but since I have kids I opted to stay the night. The recovery nurses were mean bitches but maybe I was disillusioned because I felt homocidal when I awoke from the anesthesia. They kept me pretty doped up on morphine while in the hospital and gave me a good supply of vicodins and percocets after I left. The pain was more excruciating than I ever imagined I felt like I got hit by a mac truck. After I got home I had to call my next door neighbor to get my tv dinners out of the freezer as I could open the freezer door but could not extend my arm to pick out my Lean Cuisine. But of course, I'd do it all over again in a second, maybe I will if I ever do decide to go bigger. Good luck and have fun!

    Hi!

I got my B.A done though areola incision. No one can tell the scars are there unless I found them out.

One of my friend get hers done though the armpit. She told me it did not hurt too much but it was her 2nd sets.
    She looks fantastic!

In my opinion armpit incision is more difficult create pocket correct position. (I asssum you will get under)
It's your best bet to find doctor who uses endoscopic procedure.

I had my BA done through the crease fold both times. First BA I went 300 cc's, second I went 525 cc's. I've had a lift too. Partial sub-muscular implants, smooth Mentor saline.

If I could go back and do it again I would go armpit or belly button incision with about 600-650 cc's (always want to be bigger ).

Kianna, how big are you wanting to go? We are both really short little packages (of dynamite ).

The dilemma of saline implants if you have little breast tissue is: ripples or hard implants? To fix the ripples the doc has to overfill, which causes the implants to be harder. I have a little rippling when I bend over. I think I would rather have harder implants. Mine are relatively soft. Something to think about.

Kobi, you're a sexy little thing yourself...(smiles) I'm trying to go for a 34D, but more than likely, my doctor will try to go for a 36-38C because I'm so small. And I'm thinking of under the muscle and through the nipple. How long does it take for the scars to go away? ???

Me and Bridgette were discussing this too. At first I wanted an under and an armpit incision but after doing some research and talking to Bridgette, I think it would be better to go with an over for me personally and I'm still unsure about the incision. Melonie's doctor sounds good to me but I'm still undecided. I want to go to a large DD cup.

I knew a girl who went through the pits and under the muscle. That was one of the best jobs I had ever seen. They looked natural, and felt soft, because waht you were feeling was the muscle, not the implant, and she had no loss of sensation (always a risk no matter how good the Dr. is, or WHERE the incision is- at least in the pit, no real loss).
I myself went a step beyond the areola, mine is directly under the nipple and undetectable because there isn't skin tissue and nipple membrane to try and fuse back together, it melts back in it's original spot.
I was lucky with my doc., he knew I had a major drive back home (he's in Princeton, B.C., I'm south of Seattle) so before he closed he shot anesthetic in the cavity to gradually wear off over a period of time- I had ZERO pain, period. Sicker than a dog from the anesthetic in surgery (threw up during- woke up on my side- and for 6 hours after), but the pain was non-existant, although by the looks of the bruising, you'd think I was in crippling pain!

Crease incisions have the lowest degree of complications (and it's what I have). If you're going with large implants crease incisions are pretty well hidden, but with small or medium implants they can be rather visible. Armpit incisions also have few "medical" complications, with the biggest cosmetic complication being incorrect placement or post-surgery movement of the implants. Nipple incisions can turn out great or terrible looking, entirely depending on the skill of the surgeon!

Hey Sandrine, which doctor did you use in Paris ? When I retire I'd like to have my boobs reduced to a G cup or so, using custom made implants from EuroSilicone of France. Since these implants are not US-FDA approved it may be easier for me to travel to France for the surgery rather than try to import them into the USA.
