Most likely you are swollen, however there is a condition called symmastia or "loafing" where the breasts look like they have grown together.
http://www.justbreastimplants.com/risks/symmastia.htmI'm not trying to scare you, just thought you should know about it. Like I said, most likely they are swollen.

As far as dropping, it depends on if you got over or unders. I have unders and mine dropped a little at 1 month, even more at two, and so on until a about a year later they look most natural and in the correct position. It happened this way with both of my BA's.

I also had symmastia. The middle of my breasts was raised and it hurted like the skin was lifting from my sternum. If that's your case do not wait even if your doctor tells you that's going to pass because it will only get worse and to repair it will be harder. If the doctor is reputable he will repair it for free if he wants to charge you just explain to him that he is responsible for what happened to you and if he does not do it for free you are going to report him to the Medica Board in the state he practices. Do your research online about that and be prepared with the name, phone number and address of the Board. If you are a dancer you can also threaten him with a lawsuit for pain and suffering and lost wages. I don't know if any lawyer will take your case but at least will scare him. Doctors should be responsible for their mistakes even if you sign all the papers they make you sign. That should be a law.
Regardind the breasts lowering sometimes they never do. Sometimes you're stuck with breasts right under your neck. That happened to me. The doctor kept telling me they would settle and lower but three years past and they never did. I had to have a redo wich left me with the symmastia, but the doctor repaired it for free and my breasts are lower wher they should be even right after the surgery and they are under the muscle. Hope this helps.

I meant Medical Board and not Medica Board.

Yes, it is most liikely the immediate affects of the surgery itself. Don't worry, give it a few days and they will drop. it could take two days, or one week. My friend had hers done and she was swollen and the Dr. just told her to massage them, in a gentle manner but firmly enough that they take on a shape of her desire. You must massage them because if you don't, hard lumps can form. Try not to worry, but if they stay swollen or if you are still conserned, then by all means call and ask your Dr. or surgeon, because they will know best.

the raised lump over the breastbone (sometimes referred to as 'breadloafing' or 'uniboob') is fairly common with under the muscle implants. If you have strong pec muscles, they'll be reluctant to stretch to accomodate the extra size of your implants under them, and as a result the muscle tissue may pull itself as well as the skin above it away from your breastbone. 9 times out of 10 this goes away of its own accord as the muscle eventually stretches. But the other 10% of the time it will require corrective surgery.

Slow settling can also be a side effect of under the muscle implants for girls who have strong pec muscles. Again 90% of the time the muscle will eventually stretch and the implants will eventually drop. But the other 10% of the time it will require corrective surgery or living with teenage tits forever.

Melonie, i don't mean to be rude, but are yours real?
Sorry, just had to ask, i was sitting here thinking of a friend of mine, she's naturally an E. To me thats HUGE, i'm content with my 36B's, i don't know how you or she deals with it, i know she gets back pains a lot, and says it's like carrying around two extra watermelons. Just curious.
