Re: Chaffing
Try changing your soap powder. Maybe you are allergic to it.

Re: Chaffing
If it's kinda like a itchy rash type thing, medicated talcum powder. Especially if the area is getting damp, you want to keep it dry. Anything that is made for diaper rash should do the trick however. It's pretty much the same thing "heat rash." usually requires the same treatment. What you want to do is keep the area dry, not moist.

Ps if it does not clear up, see your doctor, as there are different types of rashes, and some require aggressive treatment.

Re: Chaffing
Jing Jang Creme is this creme that is great for everything from lip balm to waxing ouch to soreness from a bit too much sex (hence the "Jing Jang" in the name). My best friend used it for her chapped nipples when she breast fed. It was a trendy little item for a while so ended up being easily available. I get it at Sephora but have seen it in little boutiques plenty of times. Here's a good online description: http://www.beautyofasite.com/Shop/JingJang/1.htm
The product seems expensive for how much you get but a little goes a long way so it'll last a few months. PLUS it is the only thing I've used "down there" with no problems whatsoever. Very gentle.
I'm guessing from your first post that you are talking soreness from rubbing (I read "irritating", not "rash"). If it is a visible rash like Pamela's describing, she is right that you'd be better off keeping it dry. But, if it is just sore from fabric rubbing, drying it out would make your tender skin more likely to chafe. You also might want to try some different thong styles as well.

Re: Chaffing
Zinc cream! Same stuff you buy for diaper rash - it works like a miracle and it's super cheap.
