I just had a consultation with Dr. Bellin for lipo. I liked him alot (so far). His staff was friendlier than any other PS I had been too and very informative. I wanted to go to him because he has his own surgical suite and wasn't going to use general anethesia on me ( I just think you heal faster w/o it). He was VERY expensive!!! But he will only be operating on me that day, he takes his time with every surgery ( a plus in my book). He actually stands you up during lipo operation (he uses local anethseia) to make sure you don't have any rippling. he boasts that out of 1,200 lipo operations, he has only had to touch up 4 patients. I don't know anything about his other procedures. I did a background on him, he has no disciplinary actions against him. What did you hear? I have not been able to get any recommendations for lipo dr in the area from anyone. I did my own research and liked him. I will tell you how it goes.

I just had Lipo on my lower stomach, and inner/outer thighs yesterday with Dr. Bellin. It went extremely well. He took a long time and he was merticulous with the cannule (spelling?) to make sure there was no bulges or rippling. I even stood up several times during the surgery so he could make sure that he got everything even. It is weird to feel everything while he was doing it, though, for sure. My recovery is going good so far and I am not even that swollen or brusied. He took out 1,400 CC's, about average he said. I will give you the complete story when I am finished healing. If anyone wants to know more, please e-mail me and I will tell you more if you want to know.

I only know of one girl who had a BA done by Dr. Bellin - very nice looking work from an aesthetic standpoint but the size she wound up was quite a bit smaller than she had anticipated.
