As I've already posted, I've badly sprained my ankle. I'm afraid that while I'm laying around, propping it up, letting it heal, not working, that I am going to gain weight. I feel like without all that excercise at night, I could really gain during this time. I know that I could do pilates, or some yoga, but I'm one of those girls who NEEDS cardio. Any ideas on what I could do? I just dont want to return to work with a weaker ankle and some extra punds. Yuk.
