Hi,
unfortunately they are traditionnally very harc to keep toned but.... you can do something about it!
You can add muscle on the external/internal abductor.
You can work them by pushing your legs on the side with some weights or pulling toward the inside.
That really works.

because I don't have time to go to the gym at all since I dance during the day as well as night 6 days a week. I walk a lot though
