I don't make it to the gym very often just because I don't want to go alone.
I try to workout five days a week at home but don't always succeed. I do make myself workout at least three days a week though.
me neither... i'm soooo lazy!!! i do 1/2 hour on the treadmill 1-2 a week if i'm lucky... lol

Weight lifting keeps me sane! Cardio is a different story. I wish I had an exercise buddy! Its really hard to get to the gym after working a 9p-5a shift, which I don't do all the time thank goodness. I usually go 4 times a week, I try for five.
Kobi,What gym to you belong to? I used to be at LVAC but now I am nowhere and I feel awful. I was thinking of going back to LVAC because ladies are free right now.

I used to work out all the time. I've slacked off (and gained a few lbs....yuck)
About 3 days a week. Actually yes 3 nights a week. Not much, walk one dog for 15 to 20 minutes at a good pace. Then come in do some squats, calf raises, and arms some. I too have slacked, at 5'8 i weigh in at 152 as of last night. Funny thing is i put it in my boobs, and ass. My thighs have always been there, but it sounds like alot of weight, i just look healthier to me. Not skinny anymore!

i am a exercise NUT...i have one of those health riders(kinda like a mix between a bike and those personalized old railroad thingys that you'll see on Brother Where Art Thou? lol) true though. i am on that 1 hour every day 6-8 days in a row, then i walk too...i am just overly hyper, and the more i exersice the more energy i have! *plus i just had a kid and weighed near 2--!!! so, for someone who is used to being thin, this was my motivation, and it just became 2nd nature after i got my exercise 'groove'!

I've got a complete homegym. Weight bench, leg press, abductor press, free weights, treadmill, bike.
I like how my body look when I exercise often as I put on muscle easily. But I train alone and it's hard to convince myself.....
i have to though because my husband wants to keep me in a good shape. And he finds muscles on legs sexy!
I watch tv or a video while I weight train to keep me company!! HA HA HA!!



Golds at Eastern & 215. I love it! It is cheap ($47 a month for me and my fiance) and there is a seperate weight room for the ladies. There are lots of toned, hard-working ladies there which I like. I belong to 24 hour and I overheard the owner saying that he was going to provide all the girls at the club with 24 hour memberships... sucky luck! Maybe if it's one of their 24 hr HEALTH CLUBS

Maybe she meant that it sucks because her manager is going to provide them with memberships to 24Hour Fitness, but she is already paying for one so she is screwed out of the deal.I don't understand why that is a bad thing.

Probably, that makes since. Maybe they will give her a refund if shes asks about it.



I work out three days a week for an hour. 20 min of lifting/toning and 30 min of cardio. For cardio I use the run on the treadmill, kickbox, dance ( '90s hip hop style. Ok I'm a nerd I still like that dorky style!) or swim. I think it is also important to note that some girls overdo it on excerise. You do not need to excerise every day expecially if you dance 3-4 days a week. Alot of people do not realise excerise can become an addiction too. If you are afraid of gaining weight by cutting down on a little excerise try chainging your diet a little. BTW I am getting an associates in Excerise science so I am not just talking out of my but. There is a girl at work who runs alot all the time. I do not think this is that healthy. Your body needs some time to rest. Remember if you dance alot that can get your heart rate up signifantly also tone your legs so there really is no need to do all that extra running. Besides who wants to spend all your time in the gym. Too many other stuff to do!![]()
