    Default Tan looking face

hey ladies! I'm just wondering if anybody has the same problem as me, I go tanning but don't really expose my face that much, in turn I end up with a tan body and pale face. I always wear make-up so i was wondering how I can get that tanned look on my face as well. I've tried some powder bronzers, anyone have any suggestions??

Maybe you can try mixing some liquid bronzer in with your foundation. It gives a sort of "glow"

    Hi becca,
what you can try is a light bronzer in a powder. The face should look a tad lighter then the body, i think it looks more natural.

Hit all the spots the sun normally would, instead of all over your face.
Say, nose...Always sun tanned, apples of cheeks, chin, forehead, but not a straight line across, more scattered about the forehead.
Don't forget to blend lightly into your jaw bone so you don't get that lined face look. And on down your throat with a light hand.

Find a powder bronzer that best matches your tan now. You can always go darker with more. Put your foundation on first, that way the bronzer has a base to stick too.

    Good luck,
    Pamela

I have the same problem. I tan in a bed with SPF on my face or cover it up.

I use Lancome Flash self tanner for the face. It works very well and goes on evenly. Before you use it, or any self tanner, wash your face well, rub toner on it, and moisturize the dry spots or all of your face.

I also use Lancome powder bronzer. Bronzer won't look good on a white face. It will look fake. Like Pamela said, brush it on where the sun hits. I put it on my forehead, chin, nose, and the apples of my cheeks.

I use MAC loose powder makeup and that seems to have a little color in it, so that helps to.

I have the exact same problem. everytime I tan my whole body neck shoulders all the way down is tan. But the face it's just plain pale or comes out really uneven. So i don't care too much about the face just tan the body then put make up on the face.
