After 13 years, customers and dancers comment that I am the most flexable person they have seen. When I fisrt started, I couldn't touch my toes! Get on th e Internet and look up stretching charts, they usually have pictures to describe what to do. Hold yourself in the position, breath, and let go after a while, you time and flexability will improve with practice. Don't get discouraged, it takes a while, it took me a year to be able to do the splits. From what I have heard, Yoga is intended to massage your inner organs, but it also is something to try if you belive it will keep you healthy
