I tried it. I have tried everything you could think of! I use to personal train and tried it all. Trim spa is uhhhh. better than metabolife. It depends on what your routine is"gym" "food ect. if you have ever tried anything else, all has a factor in it! Let me know then I could refer somthing better fo you.

hey hon. thanks for the reply. i don't really have a "routine". i walk, ride an excercise bike, and do some tapes. i am a carb freak, i'm a vegetarian so it's hard for me to stop with the carbs ( i know they're bad for weight loss). i eat too much carbs and too much cheese, but i digress. i've tried xenadrine (i lost 10lbs in like 2 weeks but as soon as i went off of it i gained it back double), and stackers ( made me feel like crap, but worked as an appetite suppressant). that's really it. i need to loose some weight (10-15lbs.) so i can strip..i'm not really fat...it's just i have some love handles and a little tummy. i want to start already...i need money fast.
thanks for all your help. ;)

first of all you must stop eating dairy products because they make you hold water and therefore look soft. You can have carbs as long as you lift weights frequently and the carbs must be eaten at the right time of day-trimspa and those products are not necessary-a simple dietary correction and workout routine will get you the results you want-if you need more help just ask :)
    guess who's back? back again

You want a pill that will make you not hungry?
Try phentermine,i am using this now. i got it off the official site for the drug.it is $$$$ but works amasing.i have the 15 mg pill, you do not want to eat at all.i take mine with a nice protien breakfast .i also work out alot on it ,it makes you nice and hyper but not shaky hyper.
i lost 6 lbs the first week.it gives me headaches but i don't mind, advil cures that!
yes this is an extreme way to loose wt.but i am using it just as a jumpstart,i have been lazy lately.

Trimspa and all of the rest of the fat burners were basically the same in that they use ephedra (ma huang) and a caffeine substratre as their main fat burning ingredient. Trimspa also uses glucosamine which really doesn't do much at all for fat burning. However all of those products have gone ephedra free becasue 1. The government is banning ephedra 2. It cost too much to insure the companies selling ephedra products. You'll see a lot of commercials saying the the ephedra free formulas are even better. WRONG! Most companies have substitued a compound called Synephrine for the ephedra. Synephrine is very weak at best and doesn't do much at all. At least not to the degree of ephedra and caffeine. You could try a combo of 7-Keto DHEA and Guggulsterone E & Z. This will definitely work, and there are a lot of products coming out now using this combo. A good product of this type is called Hot Rox made by Biotest (www.biotest.com).

Oh and for Alexxxis---Stop using Phentermine!! Especially if it is giving you a headache. And do not take Advil if it does. You are setting yourself up for a stroke big time!!!! Also Phentermine is not good for your heart, and believe me you don't want to develop a heart condition.

Yeah, I heard about that too, Brooklyn. She had heard about it from Cabbie, I guess, on the Howard Stern Show. A few of them on the Howard Stern Show have taken it and lost a lot of weight supposedly. I've heard it's comparable to the old Xenadrine RFA-1, which is no longer manufactured. I've been looking into Trim Spa myself, actually. I always make sure to thoroughly research any supplements before putting them into my body. If I do decide to try it, I'll be sure to let you all know what I think.

I did try the ephedrine-free version of Hydroxycut, and I have to say I hated it. It really seemed to do nothing. I've never taken the ephedra version, but I do know people who have taken both and say that the ephedra one is much more effective.

In regards to the Phentermine product, BE CAREFUL!! I would never take that myself. People think ephedra is bad, but from what I've read, that is much worse. The "Phen" in the old Phen-fen products represented the Phentermine in the product. I'm sure everyone remembers all the issues with those drugs in the 90s. The other part of those drugs - the "fen" part, which stands for fenfluramine - was banned in the US. I thought I read somewhere that, to get a prescription for phentermine, doctors require you to have a BMI of at least 27 or so. Anyhow, there can be serious consequences from it, make sure you know what you're doing before you start taking anything.

In regards to the Anna Nicole thing though, it's obviously going to be much easier for her to start dropping the weight than someone much closer to their target weight. It's unfortunately always much easier to lose those first five ten pounds than the last few!!

i read the ingreidents for trim spa and i think i relize now why people are losing weight on it ...its because it has green tea extract in it and green tea burns calories throuhout the body and it also has you drinking 2 glasses of water with the pills so you are flushing out toxins that way ... so it kinda makes since why it works

Well, there's actually two versions - one's ephedra free and one is not. The ephedra-free one uses the green tea extract along with a few other lesser known substances as its main active ingredients to encourage fat loss. I think the one they've used on the Howard Stern show was the ephedra one since they were using it long before the ephedra-free one was available. I was just looking at the Trim Spa website, though, and they've evidently just posted "Anna Nicole's story" on the opening page of the website. It says that she used the newer, ephedra-free version and it worked for her. It said she's just about back to her old figure from when she was in Playboy and modeling and everything - so I guess it must be helping!
