    Default Damn genetics!

    This is infuriating.

Most of my family is quite plump. Amazing people, but for the most part a bit on the heavy side.

I'll be darned if I didn't catch that gene. Been dieting my whole life. Taling pills, used to be on the tweeker diet(meth), spacing out my meals, watching carbs, excercise......I've done it all. And after years of results that are ALMOST there but not quite. I still have that pudge, 1500 calories, an hour of cardio and 500 stups later. My thighs still rub together when I walk. I drink so much water that I gotta pee like a racehorse.....right now.....and in another 45 minutes.

So what's next? Do firls with that 'fat gene" live with it forever? I got laughed out of the plastic surgeon's office. Yes, he LAUGHED and told me to do more excercises. Lipo isn't safe for me, he said.

Does this mean girls like me have to live with this reality forever??????/

I'm with you in the bad genetics catagory. Like you I work out, drink the water, blah blah.......

I'm going to try the Endermologie offered at my gym, it supposedly smooths out what nature didnt on your legs & butt.

Its worth a try! I'll let you know how it goes, I'm taking before & after pics.

I hate genetics. *curses mother nature*

Endermologie is best for cellulite and doesn't remove much fat.

Liposuction isn't for weight loss--it's for stubborn fat removal. If the doctor you went to for a lipo consultation laughed at you, you should get a second opinion. Everyone I knew said that I shouldn't do lipo. Now that I'm 6 months post-op, EVERYONE admits that I look much better.

I have those AWFUL flabby thighs...Other than that I'm a skinny 100 pound girl! I'm scared if I get lipo it'll mess me all up and I also don't have the money. Howver, my thighs and dimply butt piss me off! It's all genes. No matter what I do I can't get rid of it!

Me too. A clubowner actually told me to hide my thighs the other day! Holy shit, I always liked my legs!

I can never get rid of all the fat, but when I build up a good amount of muscle under the fat, I look pretty damn good. You might try weight lifting.

    Juliette,

Have you ever considered working with a trainer? Also, how are you dieting and what are you eating?

I lost twenty pounds in 10 months, working with a trainer. I think I have written about this before. He put me on an light version of the Atkins Diet five days per week and the other two days, I could eat what I wanted. He had me jump rope 15 to 20 minutes six days per week before breakfast. I was also lifting 3 to 4 days a week to exhaustion.

It worked and I slowly went from the high protein diet to the Zone plan which works better for me and dropped another five lbs. I was doing tons of cardio and light weights before I met him, but I had gained 20 lbs. ???

I was more or less vegetarian and eating bowls of pasta, bagels, low-fat muffins. That was one of the things that was doing it. I was also lifting "baby weights." It helps to change your work out rountine every couple of months.

He helped me out a lot.

    Cheers,

    Corey

I'm looking them up now. Trainers act as nutritionists too? Cool beans. Two birds with one stone~!

Dont waste your money on endermolgie, it doesnt work, I went twice a week for around 2 months at 100$ a pop I actually think it made me look worse and I have no problems on my stomache and she started doing it there and it looked like it was giving me stretch marks,a women I know who worked for a plastic surgeon told me it ruins the conective tissue, but avon cellu sculp it works better and its only 15 a tube.

You know Juliette, Dreamer is right about that. When you are thinking of cursing your Genes just look in the mirror at that gorgeous face of your's and then you can thank great great Grampa for hitching up with your great great grandma etc....

What ever happened to variety....? Why does every girl on the planet seem to want to be 5'6" tall 115 lbs. and have C or D breast's.... ?

I tried that game and it just doesn't work. I had a club full of super model build girl's and the customer's griped as much if not more then when I had girl's that flipped the other side of the scale. Yeah you gotta be pretty and yeah you need to be tone and in shape but if your normally a little thick LIVE WITH IT !!!! I have guy's that absolutely love a big round ass and thick thigh's, a girl with something to grab onto.

You should alway's take the best care of yourself and your body as you can, it's your tool and keep it working properly. The most important thing that you can be is happy with yourself. You are beautiful and let your self believe in you. Don't be so damn critical of your body, revel in the compliment's of those that appreciate you for what and who you are and fuck those that don't ( excuse the french ). You can't please everyone and if you changed you would most likely be just as dissatisfied with the result's.

    Hey ladies,

You know what Bob just said about guys who like something to grab onto? Well let me share this with you.

My wife worries about her thighs being fat. But I keep telling her that I like her thighs. I tell her they are what I call "Chunky monkeys" and that is not a bad thing at all!

Know what I mean guys? The kind of thighs that are in shape and not just plain fat but rather have a roundness to them and at the top of the inner thigh there is that sexy little CURVE out right before the V of the ladies .... well we won't say anymore, but I bet you know what I mean.

    Oh yeah, CHUNKY MONKEYS!

    Little poem for the a.m:

your thighs glow with morning sweat
    your thighs hold promises
    sometimes broken
    sometimes liberating
    your thighs sometimes twitch uncontrollably
    (when you lie)
    (when you are too honest)
Your thighs are the first thing a baby sees at birth.
    your thighs are beautiful
    Your thighs.......
    they make a great pillow.

I'm still very groggy. Pardon my silliness!

I would not mind my thighs if I could get them big and firm but they are just flabby at the top and my legs are skinny so I look out of proportion. People who see me in clothing can't believe I have big flabby thighs and butt because I look so skinny in my clothing.

Thighs that especially banged up and bruised. I HATE having to work with a new pole! I pull 11 hours today. The club got new poles shaped differently than what I am used to. Damn, I am a cripple.

Damn Juliette, are you saying that you worked an eleven hour shift today! Do you have a choice in that or do they just stick you with it? That seems excessive.

You poor baby, you need a hot bath, bubbles and some soft music, if I was around I would draw it for you and then bring you a glass of wine while you soak.

Speaking of that I better do that for my Mrs tonight, don't you think?

HA! Yes, you should do that for the Mrs. as often as possible!

But yes, they pawn off shifts to the girls they see do better,. I picked up shift for 2 girls.

It's helping me get in better shape. I guess you just have to up the ante when you hit a plateau.
