yes. although DIET and exercise are better formulated for results.
If you hate dieting (and who doesn't) just consciously choose to cut out one or two of your "bad" foods along with exercises and watch your results!
Try cutting out all foods made with white flour, sugar and say; soda pop.
And start your regime. Good luck!

Asia, that's like saying if I stepped on the gas and the brake at the same time how fast will I be going? How hard are you stepping on the gas? How hard are you stepping on the brakes? Is your engine tuned properly? What is the condition of your brakes?
Likewise, what do you eat? How much fat ,carbs, proteins do you consume? How often do you eat and what portions?
How often do you exercise? What exercises do you do and at what intensity? What duration do you do each exercise?
