I read an old thread Leigh had posted way back where she mentioned some of her healthy snacks in a weight loss thread. She mentioned cucumbers, sugar free jello and crystal light. Thanks Leigh!![]()
I've found snacks helpful in maintaining my weight. I thought a list could help everyone. I know I often get bored with the same snacks in the fridge. So here's my list.
-grapes
-frozen grapes
-pineapple chunks in natural juice
-green apples
-frozen pops (@Sams Club, 25 cal. 0 from fat)
-cucumbers
That's all I can think of right now
