    Default Healthy fast food?

Okay, we have healthy meal and healthy snack topics, what about healthy fast food?

My favorite meal when I'm on the go is a cup of chili and a ceaser salad from Wendy's. Cheap, too.

McDonalds has a $1 double cheeseburger now, which I get without the cheese and take the bread off and it's like this instant energy boost and it really fills me up.

I know Subway has also been mentioned a lot.

Speaking of McDonalds... someone told me that McFlurries are actually really healthy because they have some kind of dairy fat breaker down thingy in them? I don't know if it's true, but I've been treating myself to a weekly McFlurry and I'm getting addicted.

Jack n the Box has the Chicken Pita. It's really good and low-fat.

I don't know about that McFlurry thing though. Sounds too good to be true. I might just go get one now anyways and just tell my self that. lol

Burger King BKVeggie, no cheese, no mayo, extra lettuce, gallons of mustard.
Hey, it's no brunch at the Ritz, but it does when I'm starving and out of PowerBars.

I will grab a Wendys grilled chicken with lettuce and onion only on it now and again. I don't care for meat, but chicken and turkey are the ones i can't give up too easily.

The baked potato plain and a small cup of chili dumped on the tater! Wendy's. High carb, low fat tho', good for a lunch thing!

mcdonald's burgers are the unhealthiest things in the world-as a bodybuilder I know about these things-NEVER eat anything FRIED or you will be fat for sure-also AVOID MCFLURRIES-if you want more help, message me

I personally like the chicken soft tacos at Taco Bell, as long as you don't get sour cream I think they are somewhat healthy.

Wendy's chicken blt salad with their low fat ranch dressing. I tried the new McDonalds salads and prefer Wendy's much more so.

Their is a web site that states all the calorie info from fast food places does anyone know the address?

    Ok found a list @ dwlz.com

The oreo Mcflurry has 570 calories

I may have many faults, but being wrong ain't one of them.

Yea LSM....it was a womans finger (ppssssttt it had a fake nail on it too) MMMM crunchy!!! LOL

I like the small ceasars at Wendy's too....I think Ill stay away from that chili for awhile...they still havent found where or how it got in there. I also eat as a meal the BLT salad w/ low fat honey mustard dressing.

That pita at Jack in the Box is good too.

Sometimes when Im bored I check fast food restaurant's nutrition lists to actually see what I can eat and get away with to curb my fast food hunger.

Jambe juice is a meal in a cup.....I had to be poop on a parade but a suggestion would be to go with the small 16oz size. Alot of them are high in sugar.
The carribean passion in the original size has:
    440cal
    102carbs
    4 in dietary fiber
    92 SUGARS

Good things it is low in sodium and low in fat

I LOVE Booster Juice!!! the Citrus Swirl is my favourite. I try not to kid myself into thinking fast food is healthy.....but some salads are ok...I like the wendy's Manadarin Chicken salad, even though it's not that healthy. And I eat alot of turkey subs at Subway...not too bad with light mayo and mustard.

I love Arby's roast beef, lol.

Wendy's has a decent ceasar salad.

I really don't eat at any other fast food placces, after I watched Supersize Me, so I can't say anything else, lol.

I think the wendy and tghe finger story was that actually it was a couple who had bought a fingertip from a guy that was working on buildings and had got it snapped off. Then the couple headed to wendy's with the fingertip, ordered the taco, slipped the finger in it, and the next thing the restaurant chain knew they were in the middle of high news coverage courtroom drama with millions on stake, not only to the two customers but it really infected the whole sale of the chain.... Uh, finally the couple addmitted the scam, but damage done, as we can see here....

HOW EVER, accidents of all shapes and sizes do take place in slaughterhouses etc. I have a friend who's working on the industry in job-security issues, it's just something any business wants to keep inside their four walls

I think as long as you don't pile on the cheese, mayo , etc. you'll be OK
for ex when i go to a FF rest I'll get like a kids meal, or a plain cheeseburger, add all the veggies and that's that.
I think they phased out the fruit cup things at our Mcdonalds, but I would like to try one.
