    Default go to the chiropractor

hi have any of you ladies tried getting a chiropractic adjustment ? me an my girlfriend go regularly, it relieves a lot of stress in the neck and lower back. if you dont have insurance a couple of the chiropractors we have gone to charge like 20 dollars a visit, which isnt bad. chiropractic adjustments re-align the spine, allowing the nerves that travel thought the spine to work properly, therefore benefiting the whole body, just in case you didnt know.

I love my chiropractor. She's done more for me than a physiotherapist ever did.

Chiropractors are awesome, so long as you get a good one.

if they don't do ACTIVE RELEASE TECHNIQUE, I would not to go them-this method is the best-it's used on athletes and bodybuilders-search for active release on the web and you'll see the info

I cant live without my chiropracter, she is fantastic!
Once your initial injury is stabilized you should be able to maintain your health with one visit a month! I even take my baby and my 10yr old!

I know someone who had her implant messed up somehow by an adjustment. I think she's okay now but she was in a lot of pain for a while.
