How does everyone deal with the zits that form on your back/ass?

Try not 2 sit without sitting on something. Skirt, top, bar towel, whatever. Also, neutrogena body scrub is good. Try wiping off periodically with a cotton ball and peroxide. That worked for me. Once they go from little bumps to full fledged zits though just leave them alone until they burst. If u pick em they'll be red or leave scars.

I can't say mine looked like zits on my upper back, but i take a hot shower, and use a body brush to slough off dead skin cells. And Neutrogena is great like Divyne Kennedy says. That works for me. Any hypoallergenic cleanser...my skin does not seem to clog up or break out while using, and i try to keep the area dry as well, sweat can also be a problem for skin. Pamela

I don't do any floor work on the stage anymore....so no more zitty butt-cheeks!! Amazing!

But, when I did do floor work (at some clubs you just have to) I would always use rubbing alcohol after my shower to get any residual pore-clogging dirt. Bikini Zone cream also helped to reduce the inflammation overnight.

Thanks guys!!!! I knew I could ask anything and get serious and helpful responses!!! You guys rock my world. No shame! Oh and by the way, for me, they are not quite zits, but more like red bumps. Thanks again.

I know this will sound silly, but what worked for me was regular old baby diaper rash cream. I put it on at night after I get out of the shower. Helps a lot!

Thanks, what a great idea! I never thought of using rash creme. I have really sensitive skin, & I almost never get acne, but I get these little itchy red bumps ALL the time.

I have used face pads like noxima face pads, and have worked very well... We do a lot of floor work on our stage, and I use them every night when I get home...Like stated before make sure your buns are covered when you sit...I have brought a towel from home to sit on, if I have a short outfit on...

Well first, I think you should keep your tush covered whenever you're not on stage ie. when your sitting on a stool. I think buying a body brush/loofah brush is key. Next, buy a conditioning bodywash like Oil of Olay. And invest in a creamy, silky lotion. I love lubriderm and Nivea. As far as your back acne goes, I think you should buy some Queen Helene Mint Juluep face mask and appy it to your back. Sleeping with it on does good too. Trust me applying that mask will work wonders.

This tip does work awesome! Also, applying Gold Bond powder over the diaper rash cream seems to make it even more effective.
