Just had to share! That damn little needle on the scale has finally moved under 120! Yahooo! I can't wait to go to the gym tomorrow LOL! I love going, but is it better to spend more time on the treadmill than the machines I have learned to love so much? I do want to lose a little weight, but more than that I want to firm up my butt and tummy...hey and it wouldn't hurt to slim those hips!![]()
