    Default Breast Size

Since we have been visiting different clubs in an effort to get a lot of ideas for starting our own, we have come across something that has surprised us both. IN most clubs that we have been in, the largest percentage of the dancers are rather small breasted. In fact some dancers have almost no breasts at all. Is this becoming something that patrons look for at a club? We always felt large breasted women were what the patrons wanted, but maybe we are in error. Your comments would be most appreciated.

Well that's good news for me since I'm only a B cup! Maybe men are gravitating more towards the natural look?? Hope so at least!

My personal experience is that all men like different things. Some like natural large breasts, some like fake breasts regardless of size, some like "petite-chested" women, and some like nothing more than a fim, natural pair of B's. When hiring, you will want a mix. But to be honest, I have heard many men say they thought that obvious fake boobs were a turn-off. I, myself, am naturally in between a B and C, and have received NO complaints and MANY compliments.

So it isn't so much that it is really a trend. More of "different strokes for different folks" thing.

It all depends on the customer type at the time you were there, as well as the dancers that were previously there.
If the club constantly had large breasted dancers there, and focused on that, the customers probably got tired of seeing the same old 'mold'.

Although, the next night, or the next week whenever, the club could bring in a large breasted feature and the customers may go wild for it.

Location plays a part as well. Along with who is available at the time to work at the club.

There seems to be more of an attraction to the "girl next door/amateur" look these days, and it could be as simple as that.

I think a lot of the small breasted thing lately is that most girls are just soooo skinny that they lose some of what breast they did have.

The industry in general goes for low body fat above breast size right now.

I would strongly agree with Lena - because beautiful is skinny, and the glamourization of anorexia etc. Breasts are pretty opposed to that look. (Well, really think about it: does it make sense to have 5% fat on all of your body but your chest?) Consider Suzanne Somers in Three's Company (20 years ago?). Pretty Busty. Now consider Sarah Michelle Gehler. (The only blonde I can think of offhand. And I love Buffy the Vampire Slayer). Her collar bones look like lethal weapons (I mean with the pointy. Not that she's not a very beautiful girl. But she weighs 90 pounds. Seriously. With no exaggeration. She weighs 90 pounds. That's really skinny.) So the standard of beauty that is currently being marketed states that skinny/small breasts is better than fat (I mean 90 pounds, people!) with normal breasts.

Actually a kind of interesting thing, related to anorexia. I was perusing pro-ana sites (websites that to some degree encourage and foster anorexia, looking at it as a lifestyle and not a disease and don't even ask why - I'm not anorexic - I weigh a healthy 125) and I naturally found some anti-ana sites as well, the main purpose of which is to declaim pro-ana sites. They have had some success with some free servers, but the internet being what it is, obviously some very limited success. These sites seem to argue that the pro-ana sites "trigger" girls who are possibly in recovery or not anorexic. Now of course, this sounds a little likely until you actually think and realize that the "triggers" on the page are models, photos etc that are in magazines, on billboards etc. And, of course, as we all know, shouting at the media industry that they have fostering anorexia and self-hatred among women has been VERY effective. Just a little irky thing that has been on my mind.

Customers have gotten quite stupid about the whole breast size thing. I am lean with a beautiful DD boob job. I am one of only three girls with implants at the club I work at. Guys are constantly asking my why I did it or telling me I would be beautiful without them. Recently, I was pms-ing and got so irritated when asked "why?" that I straight up told the guy that I did it because I didn't want to look like the rest of the flabby, dumpy, flat-chested chicks that worked at the club. I mean give me a break, you don't see Pamela Anderson or Carmen Elecktra with flat chests, do you?

Hey, I will always say that a pretty face and a nice ass trump big boobs without the other two any day. But I have a really hard time picturing any club anywhere sending some busty gal away, saying, "Sorry, the market just isn't there for big boobs right now!" Also, anywhere where there are a lot of new dancers there won't be a lot of boob jobs yet just because they haven't gotten around to it yet.
For those of you w/implants - mine are real and I am asked if they are real sometimes (and believe me, they do not look like implants in the least) - I don't get mad just because someone asks. It's just a guy thing to be curious, just like they ask girls with piercings "Did that hurt?" If they say something rude it's best to ignore this as best as you can - in this industry you're always going to hear some silly comments and you have to laugh them off.

I'll never forget how a former co-worker with implants answered a customer:

    Bug-Eyed Guy: "Are those yours?!?!?!?"

Indignant Porsche: "Of course their mine! I bought and paid for them!"

    I always loved that answer.....

A lot of guys AND other dancers ask if my boobs are natural or not (they are). I guess I am just lucky because I do have a really nice chest, not to sound conceited , but other peoples' comments can irritate the HELL out of me!! Guys and girls alike will ask me if they are real, and when I say yes, they will say "No they're not." Okay, if you werent going to believe me then why the heck did ya ask?!? At a couple clubs I worked at, including the one I am currently at, I have had people tell me that girls will talk about how I lie about having implants. ??? Whatever...

I have travelled extensively, and I'll try to make this comment without coming across as elitist or something. Average breast size in a club tends to have a lot to do with average earning potential of a club. In top earning clubs in NYC, NJ, Chicago, Vegas, Atlanta, Dallas, LA and on and on, you'll find very few dancers who are smaller than a C cup and a significant percentage of dancers have implants and even larger cup sizes, with otherwise trim bodies. Obviously there is the occasional exception of 90 lb athletic dancers with A cups (who tend to play up the little girl image). In smaller city clubs or in larger city second tier clubs which don't have the earning potential of the top clubs, you'll usually find smaller average bustlines, fewer implants, and more dancers who are naturally big busted but big in other areas as well (trying to make this point tactfully). No offense intended, but perhaps the reason that there aren't a lot of girls with large breasts or implants and otherwise trim bodies in your club is that these dancers know where the money is - and where it isn't!

I think that some guys in smaller towns sometimes get intimidated by girls who don't look like "the girl next door -- Plain Jane." I always get the question, "You're not from here, are ya?" It's like being put-together is intimidating to them.
    Also another great question:
    Customer: "Are those real?"
    Me: "No, they're imaginary!" LOL

    LOL I love that Heather.

I use the same kind of line for the bf thing:
"So where's your boyfriend" (like he must be the dj or something)
    "In your imagination"

    And for the boob thing:
    "are those real?"
"yep, I grew them all myself" in a little girl voice.

A year ago I would have agreed with Melonie about bigger boobs at the bigger money clubs, but lately I think it's been changing. You still don't see many totally flat girls, but I'm seeing plenty of B cups at the upscale clubs around here.

Personally, reguardless of whether it's fake or real, I prefer a B/C cup.

    Just me!
We all imagine ourselves the agents of our destiny, capable of determining our own fate. But have we truly any choice in when we rise, or when we fall, or does a force larger than ourselves bid us our direction. Is it evolution that takes us by the hand, does Science point our way, or is it God who intervenes keeping us safe.

So much struggle for meaning, for purpose. And in the end, we find it only in each other. Our shared experience of the fantastic. And the mundane. The simple human need to find a kindred, to connect. And to know in our hearts... that we are not alone.

i seem to be seeing more B/C's, too. i wonder if implants less than 1000 cc's being non-deductible now has something to do with that. i seem to recall that implants of any size used to be deductible not all that long ago.

actually, breast implants under 1000cc in size haven't been tax deductible since the early 90's when congress banned deductions for elective medical procedures. I doubt that has a lot to do with it. I also agree that there have been some changes in the last year - namely that earnings potential in clubs all across the country have fallen due to the bad economy. However, I would guess that the reduction in the number of really large busted dancers at certain clubs is that these girls have the most invested and are the most likely to "move on to greener pastures". This is particularly true of dancers in hard hit cities like New York, where many of the most marketable girls have hit the road after 9/11 totally trashed earnings in NY clubs.

another point on the breast size issue. Many times it's just easy for the larger breasted girls to get dances...simply because it's more obvious and there's a general curiosity that men have with larger breasts. Some men abhor it, and some love it. It's true that it's "different strokes for different folks", but also many more small breasted girls are more active and "into it" on stage - to attract attention that might otherwise be directed to the larger breasted girls. This really is just a theory of mine, but I've had this said to me many-a-times by customers and dancers alike. As for me, I'm small framed and a 32b, so i'm one of the smaller girls - and I've had numerous guys tell me they usually like big-breasts but loved the way I moved on stage. So the concensus on my thought of breast size it - it is indeed all in the attitude!

not to be a devil's advocate, but imagine what would happen if the guys didn't have to choose between you and your phenominal stage presence versus other dancers with big boobs. Getting big ol' implants would very well make you the queen of the club, significantly increasing your income!
