I don't know how to get rid of them, but you can always cover them up. Use a little of that plastic latex stuff they use for pasties in some places, cover it with make up, spray deoderant over the whole thing and it'll last all night.
Generally speaking though, if you spread your legs no one's gonna look at the ingrown hairs :-)

All the girls I work with have a trick to preventing them. Sounds a little weird.. After you shave, use deodorant wherever ( and I do mean WHEREVER!) you are prone to ingrown hairs. Just regular solid underarm deodorant. It's worked like a charm so far.. Good Luck!
I propose a toast - to my self control.... I see you crawling, helpless, on the floor.......

works great. Ban makes one that prevents shaving irritation.
wow, really? that's bizarre but
umm, I live in canada. I don't think we've seen pasties for 20 years!!!

Get a product called Tend Skin. It's available at higher-end drug stores or you can order it online. It's expensive but a little goes a long way and it works, fast.

I swear by the following for my shave routine -
***A really long, hot bath or shower
***Gillette Venus, Gillette Mach 3 Turbo, Schick Silk Effects Plus razors (new, of course)
***Skintimate Underarn & Bikini Area Shaving Cream with Safflower Oil (the yellow bottle)
***Bikini Zone (from you local Walgreen's or Rite Aid)
I prefer the Mach 3 Turbo razor, but the other two work well also. The shaving cream is the best I have ever found for a close shave that doesn't irritate much and doesn't cause many ingrown hairs. The Bikini Zone stuff helps calm down irritation because it has a lidocaine base to it, but be forewarned that it stings like crazy when you first apply it.
And in a pinch, if you don't sweat excessively or grind excessively, a dab of concealer and puff of face powder can do wonders.

I always make sure after shaving to splash alot of cold water on the "shaved area".It closes up your pores really fast. I haven't had a problem since I started doing that.
-- the Seiko Cleancut razor. I swear by this thing. Everything the website claims about it is true. It is worth every penny of the cost ... think about how much money you'll save from not buying replacement razor blades, shaving cream, and aftershave care products.
Hi hun, try looking at Lots of good info.
Hope what ever choice you make it helps. I had one and plucked the sucker out. PAIN. never came back in that spot.
