I forgot about that Mya song, which I like. I have yet to hear it played at my club. "Goodies" is overplayed fu*king EVERYWHERE!!!! Every other music video is THAT video. "Closer" is overplayed, and I help contribute to that. I really like NIN.

Kid Rock is WAAAY over played at my club too. So is usher, lil' john, Goodies, and Snoop's- Drop It Like Its Hot. Also Phil Collins- In The Air Tonight is played like 20 times a night, and they turn it up really loud too which makes it that much worse. The crowd gets into it sometimes but you can only hear a song so many times before it gets irritating.

"Milkshake" and "Goodies" are overplayed, but they're kind of perfect for the SC's. They still get me all worked up whe the girls dance to them. I probably spend more $$ during those songs than any others. They just get me in the mood.

They used to play some song... "My neck, my back" or something.

OMFG I HATED THAT SONG. This one girl played it all the time. And whenever I was giving a dance in the back and it came on, I would have to keep myself from throwing up. Not to mention it encourages guys to lick.

Hey you're my kind of DJ. I am forced to dance to R & B or rap and I hate it. I actually requested ELO "don't bring me down". I got a big no.

I may have many faults, but being wrong ain't one of them.

"Drop It Like It's Hot" I thought was hot for abot 2.5 seconds. It got old really quick. I don't much care for the Snoop guy anyways. However, I find myself liking the new "Drop It Like It's Hot" remix. Sounds kind of hot. "Spin around mami, drop it, like it's hot....."

not to be too terribly crude, but.....the new slang term at my club for taking a dump is "i gotta go drop it like it's hot". quite amusing.

in my club, of course "closer"---there should be a national limit on that song--lol. I really love that song and it does get me moving, but not 4 times in the same night. "girls, girls, girls" "rag doll" "1-2step" and one song that i absolutely hate!!! "THERES SOME HOES IN THIS HOUSE!!" That is the WORST song EVER!!! I got really upset w/ the dj for playing a song like that--I got so pissed i got off the stage. I also explained to dj when u got a bunchof older white guys in the club--u cant play gangsta rap techno or freestyle--if there are a bunch of younger (any race) ppl there--u dont play 70/80's rock, or country. The dj told me,"Im playing rap to put more energy in the room." yeah you'll need it when everyone leaves the place cause they dont like the music.
