Default how do you really feel about implants?

As a dancer tackling the idea of getting implants, I have talked to a few customers about it and they always say DON'T do it, and they hate them, but from my own personal observation, the girls with the implants are the ones that draw the most attention and make money. There are A cups that do quite well too. I'm 36C, but 5'9" and size 8. They just seem small (although I will admit they never do outside the club).

I'd be interested in how you guys feel about the implants, from a customer point of view.

I don't like them as a guy. I like medium to medium large breasts.
I don't like women with large breasts. Just me I guess.
I'm a victim of the "more natural athletic woman" look that took over in the 1980's from the large large breast playboy look
    of the 1950's.

From observation, many breast jobs seem to be poorly done
and there is the chance for mutililation on a horribly botched job.

Would you want an HMO surgeon to do this to you? I think not.
The low cost bidder is not reassuring on this type of service.

Alot of them don't look right. And the big big big breast look
went out of stylish fashion in 1980.

In the end it is a matter of taste and how you feel about yourself.
Money better spent is on a nose job, correcting both internal sinus problems and external structure cosmetic look.

Again you have asked a pure opinion question. I could be wrong.
I could even be in the minority on this. Hard to prove with any facts.
Hard to get any facts on this issue.

My honest and "real" opinion is i have worked with many many women who had implants, and i don't like the look or feel.

But what really makes me "not" like them is all the women who had them and had to get them taken out, only to be left with loose skin hanging.

For cosmetic reasons, i don't EVER see a difference in clubs, ever!

Well, in my opinion, I think that if a woman is insecure about her breasts and wants to get them lifted, smaller, or bigger... she should do it. If they're out of porportion with your body or deformed or painful... don't just get them becuase you want BIG BOOBS [boobies] . THere are a couple girls I dance with that are tall and big boned (not fat or chubby). THey said they had both gotten implants and you really can't tell. It looks so natural and in porportion with their bodies. Then again... there are some others who have rock hard, big fake boobs... YCK! [what]

OK, here is where I make an admission that some will not like but it is true.

I like big fake boobs. For some reason most guys will deny liking big boobs or boob jobs and yet a large percentage of the most popular pin up girls, actresses or whatever have got big fake boobs.

Speaking purely from an enjoyment basis I love em. Now that has nothing to do with the reality of the surgery etc, which would scare the living crap out of me if my wife was going to have it done.

But from a pure "what turns me on" point of view, I find big boobs and often the big implants to be really hot.

Also, in the case of a regular girl, not a stripper, not an actress or model but just a girl next door, someone's wife or whatever, I find it erotic as hell to think that this woman wanted to have big boobs and have men stare at her big boobs and desire her sexually to be a major turn on. For me that is a very hot thought. But hey it has taken me years to get this perverted so younger guys may not agree. LOL

Well x, you're probably right, I'm only slightly younger and I have not yet attained a professional pervert ranking (LOL), and I disagree with you. I like natural, and Emily, a 36C seems plenty to me. In a club I will usually spend time with the dancers who are natural rather than ones who are obviously enhanced. However, I agree with Bella in that you need to do whatever makes you feel good about yourself, but take into account what Pam says. Lots of things to consider. Even though I prefer natural, one of my favorite dancers had implants and I didn't know for over two years, they were done that well. She had to tell me they were enhanced because you just could not tell.

I love my big fake boobs! I have never once regretted having surgery and I am so happy I did it!

You see, I had natural 34Ds at one point (highschool) and they eventually shrunk to a saggy 34A through soccer, cheerleading, and weightlifting (when you have really low bodyfat, you have no boobs. My bodyfat is not that low now though). I wanted perky big boobs again! I have a nice round butt and I wanted proportionate boobies. I think having saggy breasts before the surgery and having my implants placed under the muscle has made them look more natural. You won't believe how many customers think they are real and don't believe me when I tell them they aren't.

I think implants look best when they are proportionate to your body. I got mine under the muscle for more of a sloped look, as opposed to a bubble look. There is also a lot less risk for capsular contracture when they are placed submuscular. I have seen rippling on the top of the breast when they are placed over the muscle too. Rippling is hard to avoid if you have no breast tissue or low bodyfat. If you have implants placed under the muscle, then you will only see the rippling under the breast because the muscle doesn't cover the implant there. Just one of the side effects you have to think about when you make your choice.

From what I see from the men, they like my implants too. Of coarse some guys like small boobs, but you can't please them all. Do what you want to do for yourself, not for business or customers.

BTW, I got my implants before I even thought about dancing. I started dancing 1 1/2 after my surgery.

My point exactly. If so many guys claim not to like big ones then why did Pamela Anderson become so popular?

I LOVE all kind of women, big, small, natural, with implants, thin, pleasingly plump, etc etc. But I do love to see tig ol bitties, that is for sure.

Hey Awboy, Keep at it kid and you will some day attain my PPR ranking. LOL It takes dedication and years to acheive!

it's all about the surgeon. mine are under the muscle and i have no ripples and most people think they are real, damn near perfect IMO.

    Operative word here is Husband...

Any man worth his ManClub card knows that
if your wife asks, "Do these pants make my ass look big?", the answer is always, "Heck no Honey!"

And if your wife has small boobs and the question is "Do you like big firm boobies?"... Well you know what I mean. LOL

Just my 2 cents. I prefer smaller natural breasts over larger fake ones (unless the natural ones are droppy and saggy). If I end up giving money to a dancer with large implants, it's not because I'm attracted to her implants, it's because of something else about her.

the problem is that most of the fakes that Ih have seen and felt are like softballs. I think boobs should feel soft to the touch. I am a bunns man mostly but if I notice tits it is because of shape and portortion not size. if the look good naturally I see no reason to mess with them.

mine are fake, and I love em.
The man I was with for a billion years also loved em.
The customers I entertained loved em.
My agent said it was one of my best attributes he loved em.
My girlfriends use my pix to take to their surgeon I WANT her TITTIES! LOL! They love em.

So maybe men just dont like BAD fake boobs, not just fake boobs just the bad ones. Hard or miss shapen, or whatever it may be.

And that applies to real boobs too-- theres nice ones and really yukky ones, no?

I just had my breast done last week. Before I had the implants done my breast were saggy, one loopy one semi perky, and if I were ever to bend I swear they looked like cow titties lol. Reason for that was I lost a lot of weight and went from really big boobs to A LOT of excess skin. Surgery itself was very painful because I didn't take too well to the anesthesia and kept waking up. ( I was screaming in agony each time i'd wake up and shaking) According to my doctor I lost a lot of blood during the surgery and he was ready to call a hospital because my body was going into shock. Mind you, I did do my doctor homework before picking the one i felt most comfortable with. I went to see 4 different doctors and the doctor who did my surgery is board-certified, has been a plastic surgeon for over 20 years, written 2 books. This guys credentials alone can fill a 200 page book. It was just that my body couldn't handle it. On the other hand, my recovery was nothing. I felt sore when I got home but the next day I was fine. Only problems I had were the headaches but that was because of the blood loss.

Because my boobs were different before the surgery (the shape of the right breast was always different from the left) they still don't perfect but it has only been a week so I'm being hopefull that they will even out some more in the coming months. Compared to what they looked like before it is a huge difference. If it weren't for the fact that I'm a stripper I would have never touched them. Victoria's secret mircale bras truly are miracles lol.

In the end it is up to you. It is how you feel about yourself that matters at the end of the day. You can have a million people tell you that your breasts are perfect but you if you unhappy it wont matter what anyone else says. Think it through, go see a couple of plastic surgeons (all of mine consultations were free) and speak to them. Keep in mind that while breast implants are not considered to be a major surgery I nearly died when I had mine.

I just felt another set of fake boobies. Once again, you can sort of feel the bag of silicone or whatever was used sloching around inside. Just out of curiosity, Kobi, if they're put under the muscle, can you still feel the bag?

I know what you are talking about; I've felt breasts where the implant was filled exactly to specs and I could feel (but not see) the ripples. Mine are under and you can kinda feel the bag but the breast tissue on top is super squishy, and bouncy and jiggly...

It's been my experience, Emily, that most people without implants will tell you don't get them. I'm very pro-implant...they're lots of fun!

Only on the bottom. My implants are partially sub-muscular. That means only the top half of the implant is under the muscle. There are totally sub-muscular implants, but it is harder to find a surgeon that does these.

Mine too! That is because our pec muscles are between the implant and the skin.

I have never heard of this happening before. I think it is rare, but can happen with any surgery, not just BA. Just like any surgery there are risks involved.

    Winter,
I truly apologize if my experience scared you. In all honesty I never meant to scare any of you I just wanted to share with you girls that something like that could happen. As Kobi said, it is very, very rare for something like that to happen. Even my doctor told me that he's never had a patient like me before.
