Bridgette, that was a very interesting post, and somewhat depressing for me. I've been in the position of visiting my ATF on very busy nights. I could feel that she wanted to work the room, but was trying to keep me company instead. I'd want to stay, but it would feel like I should leave. She would always ask me to come early on the nights that weren't usually busy.

Do things *always* go bad? It never got to the point with my ATF that I wanted to stop seeing her. Have you never had a good ending with a customer? Not a "...and they lived happily ever after..." thing, but just have a good ongoing friendship develop?

in the clubs I go to I do have some dancers that I get regular dances from. this is because I know that they are good at what they do so It is certain at what I will get for my money. but i also like variety so I will get dances from others to. but I will always at least talk and tip on stage the dancers that I consider myself a "regular" of. or I will by them a drink. even if I am not interestd in a dance I will talk to them, but I will be sure to tell them that I am not going to get another dance so they know that. I know you all have to make a living.

I have dated several ladies who work in this field and all my times were enjoyable and very sociable.

If your lucky enough to date one of these gorgeous bombshells, never ever talk about work with them. That's another life.

If you have something in common, build on that.

Love regulars that come exclusively for me, I just know I'll have a wonderful time with their company and they always get dances.

    I need more regulars

Sorry Sleepy I haven't been around much lately, and I didn't check this thread for a while. Well I did have one regular back in Texas that didn't end badly - we still have sporadic internet contact. He's fairly active here.

Other than that one instance though, they've all ended badly. I recently had to dump one because even though I always enjoyed being with him and he always spent a fair amount of money - always the same - the free time he expected gradually increased to a point where it was no longer feasible for me to hang with him at all. The last straw was on one night, he came in with a friend and after a disproportionately large amount of free time with myself and my friend (he and his friend were regulars of ours) I finally had to ask if we were going upstairs and he said no. Of course I was pissed off and left immediately. He's been in a few times since but I don't talk to him. The worst part was on that particular 'last straw' night, it was rather busy and I had guys asking me for dances but I turned them down because of him. And it wasn't even the fact that he didn't want to go upstairs - I have some semi-regulars who don't always go upstairs but I always chat with them and they always let me know yes or no quickly. This guy had me hanging around for all that time, knowing how busy it was and even watching me turn down guys to stay with him, and he didn't bother to tell me he wasn't going upstairs that night! He cost me alot of money that night and I am done with him. Now when he comes in I ignore him - once he tried to talk to me after stage but I had someone else waiting upstairs and didn't want to spend even a second on him.

This is more of a worst-case scenario, but a good example nontheless. Our regulars know better than anyone else that we are there to make money, no matter how much we may actually enjoy their company. If they want to play games or worse, begin costing me money, time to move on!

Hiya Bridgette, thanks for just replying. I'm sorry to hear that things have ended badly so many times. I'm surprised to hear that you've had to dump so many of your regulars. I think it was terrible that your regular would let you turn down others, when he wasn't prepared to spend any money on you. I don't understand how a regular could treat his fav like that.
