Do you like a loud hooting and hollering crowd? DJs are always trying to excite and whip up crowd into a partying atmosphere. I've read dancers say that they feed off the energy of the crowd. But I've noticed that the customers that usually are the loudest, the ones banging on the stage and shouting to the dancer, are usually the most rude, drunk, and disrepectful.
It seems like these are the type of customers that the dancers complain about, and it yet it seems like these are the kind of customers that the clubs that I go to are encouraging. And dancers play up to them too. Why are clubs and dancers like this? I'm not saying that I want stripclubs to be like a gerontology ward, but I don't understand why everyone promotes this kind of behavior. Maybe it's just the clubs I go to?
I guess one reason I don't like it much is because I'm a pretty quiet person, but I try to show my appreciation with enthusiastic applause. And I'm trying to learn how to whistle too.![]()
