    Default VIP/Membership Cards

    Guys or Girls
I am sort of new to the club scene. I was wondering on average how much are the membership/vip cards at the clubs you attend?

Seems to really depend on the locality and the caliber of club. The lowest at clubs I have personally worked has been $35. But I have seen some very upscale urban clubs that charge as much as $1500.

I have one for which I paid $100.00. I don't think I'll use it though because I'm required to show my ID every time I use it at the entrance and I pretty much like to keep a low profile.

I've never bought one, but Exotic Dancer Publications sells a VIP card for $25 annually that is supposed to be good for some small perk (free cover, 1/2 price cover, free drink) at some 900 clubs in the U.S. and Canada.

VIP cards seem to be a popular promotional tool amongst Vegas topless clubs. It’s really a loss leader, but the clubs still make their money back from the liquor sales. I bought a VIP card for Jaguars which was $30 and is good for complimentary admission to not only Jags, but to its sister clubs, Cheetahs and Leopards Lounge for a year.

But unlike Vegas, Northern Nevada (Reno) VIP cards are a lot more expensive. Actually only two clubs have them in Reno. The Men’s Club (topless) has different levels, but the basic membership is $100 annually. This is actually a great deal considering the cover charge is $20. The other club is Fantasy Girls (topless), they have a gold and platinum annual membership for $250 & $1000 respectively. I passed on the card since the cover charge is only $7-$10. What’s ironic is that before this year, Fantasy Girls use to give out membership cards to many locals who they knew were ‘big bar spenders’ and not necessarily big spenders on the ladies.

The two clubs that I visit do have them but the only thing it gets you is free cover. Thee Dollhouse in Raleigh it's $300 per year and the normal cover is $8. I don't visit enough to justify it. The other club which is in Greensboro it's only $100 per year while cover is $10. Same story I only visit that club once every few months so it's not worth it.

My club Penthouse in Austin TX has Champagne Room-$50-100 per night. All the champagne you can drink all night and you sit in a semi-private room with couches instead of chairs. Totally worth it. Then theres the VIP room. A large area with couches and chairs, and some more private corners. $1000 per year, $2000 lifetime membership. No cover fees with card, and the girls naturally tend to be more attentive to the VIP's.

Oh, that's all nice. Are dances included in the price, Mariah?

LOL, Carlos. No, dances are not included in that!

At my club across the highway from where Mariah works, VIP during the daytime is $50 for a booth (there are four booths) and $25 for what I call the cheap VIP seats. If you're lucky and a booth is open, you can sit in the cheap seats and sneak away with your dancer to a booth for dances then sneak back to your table.

At night, the booths are $100 and the cheap seats are $50. There's a higher demand at night, of course.

We didn't have an annual membership until this time last year when the club opened up what I (and B and CC and many other dancers in the area) feel is quite easily the best VIP room in Austin called Camelot. The deal was $500 for the first 100 customers and $1000 for any customer after that. Unfortunately the room was shut down in mid-July of last year and hasn't reopened since. There's a rumor that it will open up sometime within the next month, but we'll see; rumors have been flying ever since it was shut down. Prices for entry if you didn't have a membership, $25/$50 and $50/$100, were the same as the old VIP area. The higher prices being for the booths in Camelot which provided for an EXTREME amount of privacy.

So if you buy an annual membership right now you're buying it for the "old" VIP area which as described above has four booths and the rest is just tables and chairs. With the annual membership you also get free cover for you and three guests plus one free drink and one free meal for you.

Oh, yeah, this is at Joy of Austin.

Hmm, maybe then Divas isn't as pricey as I thought. If you want a VIP, go upstairs for the amount of dances you wish then leave, go downstairs to the stage and keep tippin'.

The main club that I work with in Manhattan is very private and is always set up differently with a theme that includes a sexy mixolgist, kinky waitress, naughty cleaners and 30 dancers to entertain 75 to 100 gentlemen that have to be 25 yrs & older. The door price is $50.00 which includes open bar all night. Membership is $150.00 for 6 months which includes $10.00 off admission, a free lapdance once a month,2 free private dances, 2 free passes for a bachelor party or guys night out for 8 or more guest w/1 free bottle of champagne.
I think that a good deal for NYC. What do you think?

I think that's a great deal, lady don. What club is that? Maybe I should check it out the next time I visit my relatives over there.

I think I'll stick with my $10 for year membership. Which only includes Free Admission.

In the better Houston clubs where I worked it ranges from $375- $1000 and that includes free admission for you and several guests dependent on what type of membership you have, access toall the member only areas and free drinks for you and a designated amount of guests up ton a certain point.

Sometimes these prices can be negotiated.
