Perhaps you should not spend your precious time in strip clubs then? I am assuming you have frequented many if you've formed such an "educated" opinion of us. Just stay home...
I don't understand why you are putting so much effort into this site if you have no respect for dancers. Why do you keep coming back? Why did you join as a member? Most guys who come on here just to get a rise don't join as members.

As far as clothes go-(and this doesn't even really apply to men because men typically don't dress this way)-but the baggy jeans that hang off the ass, dingy t-shirts...etc. (reminds me of the description Alicia Silverstone gave in "Clueless"...lol) I also don't like wool as it bothers my skin.

Another thing I hate is the overdose of cologne. I try to keep mine off of them by using body spray and keeping it light, so it really bothers me, when I walk away smelling strongly of men's cologne-blech. (that's usually when I sign up for the shower show)

I have never bent over and clutched my ankles, showing my butt to total strangers, though I have had the pleasure of facilitating the performance of such feats of dexterity. I can assure you, however, that the act of doing so does not inherently preclude the possession of virtue.

Anyone who wears thin, slippery material in order to maximize the sensation his tiny penis experiences, while gratuitously insulting the women he is paying for this service, has neither the slightest shred of virtue, nor the ability to distinguish the presence or absence of such in others, whatever their profession or gymnastic capabilities.

I would therefore suggest the acquisition and perusal of some philosophical literature; try Plato, Rousseau, or possibly the more easily digestible Montaigne, to name but a few. Perhaps Kafka, or the much maligned and misunderstood Neitsche, might appeal to a more jaded or skeptical nature.

Virtue might yet remain unobtainable, but would be more easily recognized in others, from a concerted effort to familiarize oneself with works such as these...

oh god... id rather have a guy in stiff jeans over no underwearn and thin pants any day. i had one customer... though he bought many dances... who sorta freaked me out by not wearing any underwear with these microfiber dress slacks... n lemmie tell u i used a mighty thick towel to place on his lap... to maintain the aridity of the area... so please... men, wear underwear and thicker pants... no necessarily jeans... but i actually prefer it....

How about the " I just got off work " greasy jean's mechanic's and the corduroy and jean's wearer's that buy like 10 lap's and want you to grind " harder ... harder " . We had a guy come in, I'd say his first visit to a club and bought a lapdance, he was back the next night wearing spandex bicycle short's ( freak!!!! ). My wife come's home some night's with a bright red sore ass and has even broke out from like wool or cologne on there jean's or god know's what. Of coarse most men don't take that into account at least on there first visit but the repeat ( regular's ) usually try to accommodate there favorite girl's and dress accordingly.

OH ( Leigh_Landon's comment ) ; although I don't get lap's ..... I wear slack's and a thong , for my wife, she absolutely love me in them. No panty line's on me

and Djoser you are a very observant person, I love your insight on the thread's you post on. you are very articulate, witty and informative. Although you are not alone in those asset's most of the are great and informative, you do tend to stand out on occasion.

As a customer, I like to wear slacks in the softest material I can find and silk boxers. Yes silk is thin....but it isn't abrasive either. I like to be able to walk out of the club after more than a few dances. I can't imagine a guy actually wanting to get off. Talk about messy and embarassing.

Ick. Some bad visuals for me there.

Go in showered, shaved unless you have a beard, and with clean clothes. Kahkis or well worn, softer jeans. Polos are nice or a good clean sweatshirt in winter. And good gods, wear underwear, preferably cotton briefs.

    Ick.

Sorry, ladies. It appears next weekend I'll be apologizing to the local dancers on behalf of a good part of my gender.

Whenever I go, I usually dress up, chosing nice wool (no, not the scratchy kind, but expensive gaberdeen wool) pants, undies (boxer-briefs, if you must know...), either a dress shirt or a 'dress sweater' depending on the weather, and almost always a sportcoat, as well as dress shoes and matching belt. Showered, shaved and cologne, sometimes gel in the hair complete the ensemble.

I always beleved that you should take going the the club just like you were going out to ANY club. You should look your best, if for no other reason then to not look like a slob in public, but more importantly, to have a good time!

Oh yeah, and have you ever been stuck by a pen lurking in a top pocket of a suit jacked sliding down his body? Very ordinary. And white shirts don't go with fake tan, te he

sounds like you hate every kind of pants. should we take off our pants and then buy dances?

Guys are so disgusting. It grosses me out when I have to dance for a guy that is PURPOSELY not wearing any underwear and he'll come into the club wearing his sweatpants. How the hell am I supposed to give him a dance when his nasty dick is popping out from the pants! Grosssss!!!!!!!! Men are such perverts!

I actually don't care - as long as they don't make me dirty the guys can wear what they want. I don't get grossed out by thin pants - I mean, I don't get guy who are trying to come in their pants, but as far as I'm concerned that is their decision unless it gets on me (which is just really fucking inconsiderate).

So,the rules I have from the various posts are:

    No baggy loose leg shorts
    No bulky belt buckles
    No loose clothing
    No thin pants
    No big belt buckles
    No baggy sweat pants
    No shorts
    Wear underwear.
    No swim trunks
    No itchy polyester pants
    No spandex bicycle short's
    No extremely tight jeans.
    No baggy jeans
    No gym pants
    No microfiber dress slacks
    Nor jogging shorts
    No wool pants
    No bulky keys
    No cell phone
    No loose short shorts
    No slick jogging pants
    No dirty work clothes
    No business suit
    ---My pen might hurt... understand
---It means I am cheap "

I really want to respect the rules....

In the future I will be the freshly bathed, clean shaven guy wearing a thick (but soft) fabric toga with underwear and minimal cologne looking for dances

    You can't miss me

I think its a Canadian dollar coin. If so, the transaction above resulted in a 25 cent tip. Not exactly a high roller

should have said the drink was 6 bucks rather than 5.75, that way you would have most likely gotten a looney and a quarter for a tip...

Plus you did your "job" delivering a drink why should you get tipped. Tipping is for going above and beyond to please the customer. Meaning the drink should be strong with prompt service... I am not much for tipping largely to waitstaff. If you don't get paid enough, maybe you should talk to your boss not bitch if I don't tip 20%

Are you not familiar with the concept of tipping in our society? Yes, a person does her job - and part of the remuneration for that job is the tip. A person buys a drink - and a reasonable person in North America will internalize the cost of the tip. The %age varies, by region of course - up here a standard tip is still 15%. I hear down in Newfoundland it's 10, and down in NY is 20%. Maybe if the drinks are too expensive for a customer to tip appropriately that customer should complain to the management instead of stiffing his waitress.

Employees who serve alchohol directly to patrons work for about $2.15 an hour. This is the legal minimum in the US for "TIPPED" employees. Some SC bartenders & waitresses work for tips alone. I truly hope that if someone you care about winds up working in the bar or restaurant industry trying to support themselves and their family that they don't encounter any customers with your attitude.

THANK YOU! I don't expect to get tipped, as tipping in itself is a showing of gracious appreciation for a job well done. I know I do my job properly, it's just other folks who have a too high expectation of what they should get as in the way of service.

As for what custies wear, you ladies up north might not have to deal with this much - then again we southern women do. Starched jeans, we call them cowgirl killers. Big belt buckles also make a LD difficult - wont dance for drunk or smelly guys. As bad things happen to me when I do - do a dance for them.

Usually I don't judge a man by his clothing, unless of course he perfers to act like a jerk. I've made some serious bank and had a wonderfull night with gents in overalls and a button down denim shirt. You never know.

Okay waitresses in a SC work for well below minimune wage. We live off our tips. I usually get about a dollar tip a drink. Im happy with 50 cents. I always have fast service im very friendly and happy with all my custys, i'll even sit and talk with them when I have a minute. The average percentage for tipping is 15% in Ontario. Im lucky to have really great regulars who tip me $3 - $4 a drink. I *DO NOT* expect this though. I dont think people realise that a waitresses tips are their salary. And nothing is more annoying then a guy who doesnt tip. If you think we charge to much then dont come. As at my club its actually an enforced rule that custys must order at least one drink an hour on a busy night even if its non alcoholic otherwise its at least one drink. Guys its not free entertainment
