Default New Couches, hard to dance on

Our club just got new couches and I am finding it very difficult to dance on them. The old couches were firm with high backs so they were easy to stand on. These have very low backs (nothing to hang on to) and are very deep and squishy. It is impossible to stand up. I ususally stand up on the couch several times during a dance. I am so frustrated by this. Other girls are too, but most of them just sit and grind the whole song so it is not so much of a problem to them. I really need to modify my whole couch dance style I think and I'm not very happy about it. Any suggestions?

Anais, perhaps these new couches are a "subliminal message" from the clubowner for girls to do more grinding and less dancing during private dances.

Melonie, I suspect a more devious motive. More stuff falling out of guys pockets for the postgame couch-divers to find. Remember that commercial with the old folks bouncing their guests up and down.

If I want a dance I'll go to the stage. If there's a couch, it should be for grinding, etc. Besides a hard couch may damage our butts. :

Well that sucks for you to only have one main option. I think that would make me feel a bit uncomfortable. I'd ask them to bring in a different chair er somethin. They might oblige, ya never know until ya ask, right?

Sounds like another case of employer don't care about employees to me. Is Big Al's a cargil company? They(cargil) never ask the employee what the employee thinks they just do what they(cargil) want. "AL" should have bought a sample couch and had the dancers try it out first. I don't understand companys. Is something like this so hard to figure out? I know thats how I would do it any way. The dancers bring in the customers. If the dancers are happy the customers are happy. Happy customers spend more money. Happy dancers work harder to make happy customers. Happy dancers show up for work to make the money that the happy customer is happy about spending. The happy customer buys drinks and vip time to make the owner happy. I guess what I'm saying is make your dancers happy and everyone will be happy! Not hard to figure out huh ladies?
    Guess I'm venting again.

I was going to say the exact same thing. Heh, sometimes a little change is good though. You'll be figuring out new moves in no time.
