We had a thread about this somewhere a while ago. If I remember correctly the vote was no dancing in those scary things. :o

Those are bondage shoes, meant to pretty much incapacitate the wearer. They aren't for stripping, that's for sure!

Yes, no stripping... It would be more like hobbling :o. I think a lot of people look at pointe shoes and these shoes as the same sort of thing. They aren't: real ballet pointe shoes allow for flat placement of the foot to spring up to pointe giving balance control to the dancer. Ballet dancers don't stay on pointe during their entire dance.

They *are* great for hobbling a sub though

I personally think all womens shoes look extremely uncomfortable. I like vans.

As an owner of two pairs of these shoes... they are not for walking... hell hobbling around is a real pain... but cute to take pictures in

Yeah, you couldn't dance in them...aside from the fact that pointe shoes have "boxed" toes, they also have "padding" to help cushion the toes while dancing...and pointe wearers are also able to "flat foot" for moves. Yikes...I just couldn't imagine dancing in these things!!!

A few years back, there was a girl at my club who actually danced in ballet pointe shoes (on stage at the strip club) She looked fuckin stupid because she was trying to be a classy stripper while stripping to classical music and doing classical ballet moves while butt ass naked on stage and she wasn't that great a ballet dancer.

Other than that they look like cool fetish spank me shoes.

I agree, 'cool fetish spank me shoes.' but i also think that i could walk in them, with lots of practice. and eventualy perhaps dance. the hard part would be on the ankles, ow. i used to have a pair of those hard slip resistent restraunt shoes and i could stand on the toe of those, scared my co workers... but i would like to get a pair of those just to see how well i could walk.. um hobble...

ouchie! balancing on 7" stillettos with a platform is hard enough.... why risk breaking your neck? you'd have to have amazing balance, and even then... I doubt one could ever dance in them... Yikes!

They are a new line of goth or S&M shoes. Not meant for much dancing, but they certainly look interesting. I will be updating the website in a couple days and they will be available. If you were going to try dancing in them I would suggest lots and lots of practice at home first!
