    Default Bike Week Daytona 2004

Hi ladies! (and gents!) I have plans to travel to Bike Week this February with a group of girls from work. This will be my first time going so I have plenty of questions. First off, have any of you traveled to Bike Week? What club did you work at and how much $ did you average for the week? I've heard that Lollipops is the best club to work at. Also, can you suggest any non-expensive hotels that are close to the clubs? I want to be on the beach and near the boardwalk. Did you fly or drive? I want to fly because I think it's worth the money to get there early and be able to enjoy this working vacation as much as possible. Any and all information is appreciated, thank you!!

first off you will more than likely NOT find a room on the beach unless you want to pay about 400 a night, the guys book the rooms a year in advance. you may have to go as far as titusville (about 40 mins) or inland some to deland. second lollypops will be your best bet. make sure you get t here early enough to get setteled and hired. they will hire off the street but i believe you have to arrive by 7 or 8 to work that night. i personally have not worked there but have tons of friends that have worked bike week both from cocoa beach and jacksonville. they did well but there will be close to 200 girls working. if you do fly and cant find a hotel on the beach you will have a very hard time getting around. public tranportation is not good. i would suggest driving. if you can look around on the net and find a hotel first you will be better off, however it wont be easy.

This will be my first bike week In Daytona also. I moved here 4 months ago so I did however get to do Biktoberfest which was a blast. Lots of people!! Anyways I agree with velvet about the hotels. Already booked :o. If you don't want to work at Lollipops then head down the street on Seabreeze and you'll find my regular club I dance at which is fun and clean. It's called Molly Brown's1 and 2. I work at 2 so it's upstairs and all nude. It's the best nude club in Daytona. Trust me, you don't want to head over to Pink Pony which is also all nude. Our hours upstairs is 9:30pm till 4 am. It'll probably be much later for bike week though. There is also a new little club down the street on the boardwalk called Beach Beauty. It's a pastie club and I havent heard anything from that... Also theres a club called hot topic and sharks too in the area. I havent heard anything from Hot Topic but I have heard some really NASTY things from sharks. But that's pretty much the scoop on that. Pm me if you have any questions ok?

A lot of bikers continue on to Key West the following week so you might want to consider that too. Key West is always very busy during Feburary and a lot warmer than Daytona..

Lots of new laws and crack downs at Daytona now. Worse than ever i hear, alot are hitting south Fl. this year.

Been there (Daytona) when it was a ball, now the police sit along side waiting for very loud bikes and speeding. Did not used to be that bad, my Roomie builds Harleys here in Fl. and he wont go near Daytona this year.

My opinion, it will be tough to do what you used to do. Major crack downs.
