I work with great DJs and sometimes their little introductions and comments to the crowd stick with me.
My favorite one says: "Instead of sitting in a dark room with a bunch of other guys, you shoud try taking one of these beautiful ladies in the back for a totally nude lap dance!"
and when some of them do get dances, he'll say,
"That's great, guys! I was beginning to wonder about you!"
(haha - the gay stuff makes me laugh every time)
Or they will use little pieces of our personalities to announce us (or after our sets). The same DJ quoted above says this about me:
"Wow, guys, that was Lexi. She's a wild one, take her in the back for a totally amazing time." (or something similar)
For a more "tame" and girl-next-door type of dancer, he'll say something like, "Absolutely beautiful...That was _____, guys. Make sure you hit her up for a lap dance. You don't want to miss out so make sure you grab her when she gets off the stage."
When no one is getting dances, they'll play songs that either inspire them to leave or make them feel like losers. I can't think of any titles right now but I'm sure you can think of a few.
