Howdy all -
I guess I was never a classic "junkie" for SCs (and no, I never had a problem with anyone who is/was). My Sc going started as a result of the sudden end of my marriage, and was a way to help me deal with pretty much with the suckiness of my life after that. In the beginning, it was equally pure enjoyable entertainment and a catharsis. It was indeed therapeutical in a good way.
That was almost three years ago. Over time, little by little, the need for the therapeutic part has waned. Time heals a lot of wounds (but not necessarily all of them). I have found that the more my SC attendance has become pure entertainment, the fewer times I have been going. Over the last 4 months, I have popped into a SC four times (once per month). Its sorta odd. Since it has gradually turned into a pleasurable frivolity, I have found myself desiring to go less and less. I haven’t lost my appreciation for the female form, but I have prioritized it differently.
I guess that means my shell is crumbling, my walls falling a bit. That’s good, right? LOL. Well, the offshoot has been I have felt my participation here has been becoming less and less relevant, hence my slowing of posts lately. As a customer and not a insider like a DJ or owner etc I feel that anything I have to say should be current and not "Oh I remember when I used to go..".
So my curiosity has been perked a bit in regards to this. Do you folks - male and female alike - think that posters here need to have some current relevance to make anything they say credible? Do "nostalgia posters" have an acceptable place on Stripperweb?
Like I said, I am just curious about it, partially because I personally care about posting serious stuff that isn’t gratuitous. That’s just me. I know no one will say to someone "What do you know, you haven’t been in a SC in years" but I personally would find someone who was like that annoying, especially if they came off as an expert of some sort.
Just a bit of musing and rambling. Whatcha think?
