    Hi,

I was wondering if any of you ladies or gents have any firsthand knowledge of The Masters in Myrtle Beach,SC.
and about when their golf season starts? Also is there an airport in Myrtle Beach or nearby?

Any information will be highly appreciated.

    hey Tori

Don't know anything about it (it didn't exist 10 yrs ago when I was an undergrad in the area). Found this:

Myrtle Beach did get a cute little airport recently.

You may even be able to take the Hooters airline!! I know its one of the few airports that has direct flights with it.

Masters is a really nice club, a good friend of mine has been dancing there for a while and when I was last in Myrtle beach I stopped in to check the place out... she makes very good money there, especially in golf season, and the club is considered to be one of the most upscale clubs in the Myrtle beach area. There a a main stage in the front of the club which is surprisingly large and a few of the girls do crazy pole tricks . The ceiling is super high so they are often hanging upside down about 15 feet off of the ground. If I lived in the area i think I would dance there first before any of the other clubs, and I have been to them all. oh and I almost forgot .. the airport is really close by.. my suggestion would be to go visit and check the place out for yourself you will probably like it. also you can stay in any of teh nicer hotels near ocean blvd, and enjoy the beach a little too if you visit, hotels are not too expensive

Masters is a pretty fun place to work. The night DJ can be somewhat of an ass, though. All in all, I personnally make more money at the Crazy Horse in Myrtle Beach. Everyone there are very easy to get along with and the money is great during golf season.

Golf season is from End of feb through march but chuck from the blue site goes down for golf season all the time so you girls could pm him and he could give you exact dates but be careful because the clubs are funny about letting girls start on the week of any golf events so try to go before to get your foot in the door... The scj convention is actually going to be in myrtlebeach this year Around march 19th so alot of our scj form the blue site will be there .... you can go on the SCJ blue site for details ... But masters is ok club but to me there is alot of girls there espically during golf season. HTH

The Masters is a very nice club. I stopped in about two weeks ago to check it out. They have alot of girls but they were not as pretty as I thought they would be. Actually thinking about going to work there in the next week or so.

I have worked in myrtle beach twice, first in april 2002,I worked one night at crazy horse, while I thought it to be more upscale and they had prettier dancers, masters was easier money, they just get bigger spenders, pure gold, you make your money dance by dance,at masters I would mostly be in vip all night or at least doing dances in the back, not on the floor and most the guys do at least 3 or 4 ,not 1 or 2 ,like pure gold and the guys easily do vips, which I charged 300 an hour,Iam use to400 but the like you to charge only 200.I also went back again in march last year and worked at both clubs ,if you are at least an 8 you can usually walk right in and work, even during golf season,a 9 and your in for sure.I stayed on ocean blvd, both times, got weekly discounts,I payed like 40 a night with discount, good luck.

I beleive spring golf season usaully goes from March until about Memorial Day, after that it doesn't pick up until after Labor day. During the summer I'm told it's more family oriented.

Dont piss off either of the house moms especially Brownie. Definitley call down there first, it will not matter if you are a 9/10 or not, if you just show up at the masters and work, you may be turned away. Honestly. The one dj in particular who name escapes me at the moment, is a complete asshole. Oh well.
I like Crazy Horse better honestly, things are much cleaner, nicer, and friendlier. Lol they actually provide you with snacks and stuff. You get pampered kinda. BTW, rooms in North Myrtle Beach are much cheaper and they give discounts. (The super 8 is extremly clean and nice and its 3 mins from the club, not mention that there is a dancer supply store right across the way.
STAY AWAY FROM DERIERRES AND SECRETS IN MYRTLE BEACH....terrible.

(inside joke)Well, at least you can wear neon yellow at the Crazy Horse now!(points to whoever gets it)

I've worked Crazy Horse (over 6 years ago) and Masters (over 3 years ago)
I like big clubs but Masters was irritating with 95 girls there the night I worked and the house lights were on because the owners were too cheap to fix the cans. I was onstage with 8 other girls at once on the main and then on satallites twice. One of them was very high and narrow with a huge pole and no railing; if I had fallen I would be in serious trouble. This would not have been a consideration except the stage flooring is that damn white lucite-porus stuff that gets instantly slippy anytime anybody with anything on their skin gets on it-you know what I mean.
THEY WILL BREATHALIZE YOU BEFORE YOU LEAVE EVERY NIGHT.
I didn't really care since I didn't drive and my girl has a house 10 min. away, but you need to be careful of your consumption. There are regular couch dances in a hall near the front door; your guy pays a fee (can't remember how much) to walk in couch area and then you are shunted to one of the rooms-but you are likely in there with 1-3 other girls and customers. As soon as you fininsh dance(s) you leave. There are very expensive couch rooms at the top (the club is layered)that are darkened and watched by (at my time)only one bouncer (who saw me peek in, motioned to me to come over, then tried to stick his fingers down the front of my t-bar). People were getting BJs here. (please keep in mind this was over 3 years ago; things may have changed)My girlfriend who went to work there a few weeks after me said that when she was in these couch rooms the waitresses came in and offered a tray of party goodies( coke, x, viagra, xanex, etc). Really.
All in all if you hustle hard enough there you will make money fine on the floor/reg couch; but this is definately a hustle-only club unless you get in with a group of golfers that really like you. Usually they want to sample everything on the buffet. I did better in a short stint at a smaller club which has now turned into Secrets; (I knew the old owner) and hooked a guy from NY who ended up giving me $500 the last hour of the night. Jerry Reid of Gold club (NC chain) now owns Crazy Horse and I have been hearing good things about it; when I worked there I was able to hustle as well as peg a good customer who gave me repeat biz. That to me is best of both worlds; and they only run about 40-50 girls at the most.
As for hotels; can't help ya there; if I get any info I will let you know.
Go hit it up starting mid-Sept. this year until mid-Nov. (or whenever it turns too cold to golf there) and then start as early as end of Jan. to beginning of May. You can make money in the summer because of less girls and guys sneaking out on their families; but it's a higher risk.Lots of young guys in the summer.
AVOID THE BIKE WEEKS unless you are a biker lover (no slam; it's just rough going down there then--trust me I know.)

Good luck. I hope to get my BA this fall and get down there before season ends for a little fun!
