I'm not a dancer (yet?), either. I found this site while doing some research for some sexy moves. Typed in "lap dance technique" or something like that. Found a thread in here, started reading other posts, kept coming back because there's so much to read and I got hooked, too! The people in here are very cool and it's just fun to read all the different opinions, experiences, etc. Also, if you're considering going into this profession, it's nice to be able to do alot of research in one place.

Funny how a 3-letter word causes hope eternal to blossom and flourish.

For better or worse, I think I discovered the pink and subsequently the blue sites from a visit to TUSCL. I don't know - it's all a blur. Too many lobotomies and bottles in front of me.

I had to try and remember....I think I was looking for strip clubs on the east coast it might have been tuscl.com.....I got here and was like OMG..Is this real. I can't believe it..These girls are just like me..I read some posts and immediately signed up..I come here because..the "normal" folk of the world are haters. I consider you girls here my friends in a way..whether we agree on all issues or not. I feel glad when someone gets new job dancing and has a good night $$$$..and pissed when one of you gets crapped on.

Someone on Exotic Dancer forum mentioned it. How I found Exotic Dancer forum was from a Google search. I was searching for what would qualify someone to be considered a veteran stripper for the episode that would feature them on my talk show. ED is now barely alive. However, this forum is nice and active. It is also very friendly (most of the time) and has frank and open discussions. That got me hooked.

Don't kill me. I only tell the truth

That being said. I learned of this site from the "Ace High Invasion", from another Message board that I read (no ... not the AH message board). Thought that it would be nice to finally get in some conversation that just doesn't revolve around F'in Politics.

It's also nice to talk to everyone about certain problems and not be labeled by people you already know (outside of the Message board)

My wonderful friend Megan (a member) whom I dance with here in Wisconsin told me all about this "great site". She said "it's really fun and has wonderful discussions, you should really check out this site." I did because Megan has great taste and low and behold she was right. I love this place. I wish I had more time to log on and converse. Thanks Megan!

If I remember correctly, SW was created as a result of mudslinging, trash talking, and racial slurs at another stripper site (that is now defunct)

We are very well behaved here. At the other site, our flames would get hotter than hell. And all in the name of freedom of speech...

A Brittish girl who was travelling through New Zealand came in to our club wanting to dance here, and told me about this site. I absolutely love it! Since then I have reccomended it to other dancers I know.

I think I heard of it from one of our students who said that we were being talked about on here. NVJosh I think started the thread. I'm glad we were told and I'm looking forward to participating into the future!

I heard about this site from one of my dancer friends. She used to show me this site all the time and asked what I thought about it. It didn't take much to get me hooked after that.

I am unsure exactly, but I think it was through the Google search engine. ???

Anyways, have found it a great board to be part of - the only board I am consistently posting on actually - even though it's not really a male stripper gig.

Have had lots of help with stuff particualrly advice about costumes and songs - stuff other guys wouldn't be so good at anyways.

I was paying attention to an older dancer board that was functional but run by dysfunctional people. When Pryce said adios to that board in favor of something he felt he could do better (he was right), I started coming here. Slow beginning, but it picked up steam, and it's an outstanding site.

I was milling about all the moronic posts on the apparently unmoderated (check out this example) TUSCL discussion board, and someone who didn't care for this site posted a link to one of the threads here. I came over, began reading and got hooked.

Needless to say, I like it better over here and on SCJ.

I often tell strippers about it when I go to clubs. Since most are not here under their stage names I don't know how sucessful its been, but I must admit it's the most valuable "tip" I can give.
