Well, yes, I was one of many to make (usually pointless and never followed thru on) New Year's resolutions. Mine was more of a general, fits all into one kinda res. Improve, practice, and stick with overall good health, fitness and nutrition. My god, so far, so good!
First off, I quit doing shots! No more getting drunk at work. Yay! I'm also going on four months of quitting smoking, cold turkey. (not really new years, but still counts) Absolutely no cravings.
I've also started my weightlifting routine, and I must say, it's going quite nicely. My husband and I bought all the at home equipment we need, so hasta la vista, icky gym! (we don't have any good ones around here)
As far as my diet, well that's vastly improved already over the past year, but no need to fine tune it just yet. Too much progress all at once will backfire on me. Baby steps is how I plan to get there. Well thanks for letting me toot my own horn. I feel fabulous today!
